Yesterday (10 Aug2026) I placed an order through the Chipotle mobile app at 4pm and specifically ordered a VEGGIE bowl. While eating it, I discovered a large piece of meat in my bowl. This is completely unacceptable. If I order a vegetarian meal, I expect to receive exactly that—not a bowl containing a large piece of meat. This is not a minor mistake; it is a serious failure in food preparation and quality control. I trusted Chipotle to prepare my order correctly, and that trust was completely broken. I paid for a vegetarian meal and instead received food that I could not safely or comfortably eat. I expect Chipotle to take responsibility for this, investigate what happened, and provide an appropriate resolution. Customers should not have to inspect every bite of their food to make sure it contains what they actually ordered. Very disappointing experience. I will seriously reconsider ordering from Chipotle again.

- EDEdward DJul 26, 20261.0Walked in on a Sunday @ 12:33 PM and was served by Puja, 95% of the bowl is brown rice, vegetables and little to no protein. At first I did not notice because they rush you to order, they don't even explain what you can get in the bowl, they expect you to know, not everybody goes to chipotle often. All I know is that I've gotten chipotle at the square one location and the ratio for protein and the rice is fair. I called in and let them know, they offered to remake the order or get a refund, so 1 star for the understanding manager, the rest of the workers need better training.
