  Terrible service. I greet the first service employee she greets me with an “I’m tired”. No problem I understand. I ordered a steak burrito, when we got to the steak there was less than a scoop of dry steak left.. I asked if there was fresh coming the girl next to her gives me a bad look and says it’s going to be a while .. so I said k give me chicken. Why not know that if I ordered steak before hand? It’s dead inside and not busy.. once they gave me chicken it was just barely a scoop of dry chicken too.. and all their topping bowls were depleted and old. I felt like I was a nuisance and asking for a lot. Garbage service. Will never come back. $18 burrito!? Crazy!!

  FOOD MADE ME SICK!!!Ordered off skip yesterday and got a bacteria from the food. spent the whole night in the bathroom and all day today. Feeling sick and unwell from the food. Avoid at all costs

  Very bad customer service and the portion they give you is very small your paying $14 and up you should get good amount.

  I went to this location today to get the double protein promo they were offering. I asked for a bowl making sure they know about the deal. They had mentioned that it’s not a deal I can get unless I order it online. I confirmed with them that if I order this online, i will be getting the double protein. The worker agreed. So with that confirmation I ordered it online. When I received the order I wanted to confirm that my double protein was put into the order, as I was instructed to do an online order to get it. She told me no because I didn’t put the promo code in. They knew about that, and they had left out a very important part to getting the promo, knowing very well I was here for the promo. They did not want to help me out and just told me to deal with it online. I called support, and support was not helpful at all. She had informed me that she wanted to make me feel “whole” again, and stated that she had informed the restaurant about my complaint. Then said “can I help you with anything else?” I told her that doesn’t solve my problem at all. I did not feel “whole” as the support worker said, after only just telling the restaurant that I made a complaint. I requested for some sort of reimbursement for the ordeal and she denied it, and left me with no resolution to my situation. She offered the free protein, as long as I spent more money to get it. That was not a solution. I was very upset with this situation, and I felt like they did not help at all from both levels of the company. As a regular customer, I was not happy with my experience & it should be up to the company to make it right, and this is how they treat their customers. They did not do that. Very disappointed with how they handled a very small issue.
