  What a rip off place! They forgot to add the vegetables to my burrito bowl (pretty main ingredient yo forget) went all the way back and this small container is how many vegetables they gave me. Complete rip off. Chicken tastes very fatty too. Will not be back.

  It’s very disappointing to make the effort to leave the office and spend money on a lunch that you would hope would be worth it’s value. I have yet to visit any Chipotle where I had to constantly ask for more of each ingredient and it wasn’t like I was asking for a crazy amount. But what really upset me is that I didn’t receive the full portion of my protein. What’s super frustrating about that is if I were to call it out, I would probably be forced to be pay for extra for it when they didn’t even give me what I paid for. Overall, the experience was super disappointing. Not sure why I kept getting smaller portions of every ingredient. I also want to mention that the image below is exactly how I received my bowl. Is this the new standard for Chipotle?

  Amazing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Loved how customizable everything was, and the ingredients tasted really high quality. The staff was friendly, quick, and kept the place clean even during busy hours. The burrito bowl was perfectly made and packed with flavor. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a healthy and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

  I come here all the time and know exactly what a regular portion looks like. Today my bowl had noticeably less chicken than usual, so I politely asked for a little more — nothing crazy. The employee Vironeka (listed as an Apprentice) responded with attitude and made me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable. It completely changed the experience and honestly ruined my visit. I’m not expecting extra for free, just consistency and basic customer service. Regular customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for speaking up about something that’s clearly off.

  One of the worst places to get food from. I love chipotle and get them all the time in Hamilton and Burlington and the experience has always been excellent. Even though I saw the reviews that this location gives less portions I decided to try it out trusting the brand. Paid 70$ for three double protein bowl and got the bowl not even half filled. Asked them to add corn and beans and both are missed in all three bowls..while billing looks like the person behind me asked for no beans and all my 3 bowls have no beans. When I asked for it they gave in a small cup which is no match to a ladle full of beans too. More than the quantity of food the way they made me feel rushed is something that will never make me go back to this spot..although this is not a la carte no one needs to feel this exasperated just to order food..I could barely see what food was put in my other two bowls only to have come home and realize half the food is missing. Pls visit other chipotle locations not this !!!!!!!!
