  The meat at this location had so much cartilage/gristle. I had to throw my food out. It was disgusting.

  I was happy with my burrito. It was tasty and warm and really good portions. I had the steak chicken mix and it never disappoints. I ordered from Uber eats so I can't comment on service or atmosphere this time.

  The portions at this location are unacceptable for the price. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra meat and paid $22 total. The extra meat alone cost $6 and amounted to roughly 4 ounces, barely a scoop. I sent the meal back. This isn’t an isolated incident. Other reviews here describe the exact same problem, which tells me it’s a deliberate practice at this location, not a one-off mistake. Someone is cutting portions to pad margins and counting on customers not to push back. Compare this location to other Chipotle franchises and the difference is obvious. Management here needs to be held accountable for shortchanging paying customers. Skip this location. Go somewhere that actually gives you what you pay for.

  This is the worst chipotle ever, they give such small portions on meat and even after paying for the extra protein on side they barely fill half the box. But all the others locations make sure to fill it up well. Worst experience.

  I usually avoid this Chipotle, but we were running out of options and it was getting late. I pulled up to the chipotle around 9:30 and ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl for my husband. They said I had to wait for the steak which was fine. When they put the steak on the line, it was not even rare. It was raw. I eat rare steak, of course when I go to a restaurant so I’m fine with rare steak! But this was completely raw! They insisted that they checked the temperature already, but when they turned around and recheck the temperature, it was underdone to their standards. They even had to throw it back on the grill. All of the customers that were in the line waiting for their food, looked at the steak and said the exact same thing… it was raw! Not only that when she was making my Husbands chicken bowl, the line she kept sliding the bowl across had hours of food debris. The bottom of the bowl and the lid were smeared in old sour cream, cheese, guacamole, everything you can think of. Just disgusting and unclean working surfaces and you should’ve seen the cloth that she took out to wipe it after I complained! Now I know why I avoid this location at all cost! Their incompetence can get someone extremely sick!
