  I bought a chicken burrito bowl and it was horrible. I didn’t realize how much sour cream the server put in the bowl and it was extremely sour and overpowering! I have never had this issue before. I called the store and spoke with a manager who did absolutely nothing! All he said is that he would speak to the server. Not sure how he would know who it was as there were 2 people working. Won’t go back ! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service!

  Very disappointing experience. The food is not that great and definitely not worth the money. The portions and quality didn’t match the price, and the overall taste was average at best. I expected much better for what I paid. There are better places offering tastier food and better value. I won’t be coming back.

  I stopped by Chipotle late in the evening after a long shift, and I was genuinely impressed by how fresh everything still tasted. Often, fast-casual places skimp on quality near closing time, but the staff here was welcoming and the counters were still perfectly clean. I decided to build a massive burrito wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, packed with steak, white rice, pinto beans, roasted chili-corn salsa, and sour cream. The steak was juicy and tender, carrying a wonderful kick of spice that paired brilliantly with the sweet and crisp corn salsa. Eating this meal felt incredibly comforting after a stressful day, and the generous portion size meant I even had a few bites left over for a late-night snack.

  This is now the second time I have received terrible service at this location. I was the only person in line and ordered two items. The first employee started making my Carnitas burrito, but then confusingly passed me over to a second employee to finish it. When I tried to order my second item, they completely abandoned my order midway through to prioritize a drive-thru order instead. I was left ignored at the counter while the customer behind me was pushed ahead of me. When I asked the cashier why nobody was serving me, he just said "oh he is serving an order behind the counter" stayed silent and didn't even apologize. Leaving a customer halfway through an order with zero explanation is completely disrespectful. I walked out without my food and will be taking my business to the Erin Mills Parkway location instead. The cashier was looking to me and stayed silent and didn't even apologize.

  I decided to try this location because it was closer than my usual Chipotle in Oakville, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The chips were stale, the rice tasted old, and the chicken looked far from fresh. I paid for two bowls and a large bag of chips, and it simply wasn’t worth the money. Based on my experience, I would recommend making the trip to the Oakville location instead. The quality there has always been much better and far more consistent.
