  We had an amazing experience at Anatolia. The welcome was outstanding, especially thanks to Aki, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. His kindness and professionalism truly made our experience special and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and helped us fully enjoy our time at the restaurant. A big thank you to Aki for the excellent service.

  Wow 1 stat reviews are right !!!! Encouraged my kid to stand in line and order their veggie bowl. Kid asked cna I please have "some more" guac. And lady was sure with a smile. Since a veggie bowl doesn't have much anyways. Go to the payment counter and same lady now says ok Veggie bowl with extra guac. That will be $17.95,,! Doesn't veggie bowl already have guac included. So if all the ingredients are included and one asks for extra beans or veggies or Guac..you charge extra? And that too a kid! Who only meant like "some more" not a full extra extra! Enjoy scamming a kid, they watch and they learn..not coming back..better places around Erin Mills for Mexican !

  Server was rude and not attentive. I asked for a little more sour cream and she threw a whole spoonful on my food. When I asked her to to fix my meal she gave me attitude. The manager was no better

  I was looking forward to a Chipotle dish. I was so turned off from thier items. Everything contained cilantro. The rice, the chicken. BTW, very skimpy on the chicken. The beans, the salsa, which I understand it would. The beans contained cilantro. The only thing that didn't have cilantro was there very wet lettuce. I have been to two other locations and they did not have cilantro in everything. Please have it on the side. Make the Chipotle dish so EVERYONE can enjoy. This location needs to be supervised and re-taught on how to to bring the ingredients together.

  I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Chipotle location today. When ordering, I expected the usual flow—bowl or burrito, then rice choice, then salsa options—but the staff didn’t guide the process at all. I ended up having to prompt each step myself, which made the interaction feel disorganized and awkward. It became even more confusing when there was a staff switch mid-order. Even after clearly saying I wanted all toppings, I had to repeat my requests again to the next person. There seemed to be little communication between employees, which made the whole experience inefficient. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller than expected, especially the guacamole. For the price, the value just wasn’t there. Management should really take a closer look at training and consistency across staff, because the overall experience didn’t meet the standard you’d expect from a Chipotle.
