  I generally associate Chick-fil-A with excellent customer service, which is why this experience stood out to me. This was my first visit to this location, and I want to note that every other employee interaction we had was attentive, professional, and welcoming. I would like to provide feedback regarding an interaction with an employee named Kent. After our order was delivered to the table, one item was missing. When we asked about it, he responded, “I can only carry so much.” While I understand he may have been busy, a simple explanation that the remaining item was on its way would have been more appropriate and customer-focused. Later, while offering napkins and sauces to tables, he commented that we perhaps did not need additional sauces because we already had some. Although this may not have been intended negatively, the comment came across as unnecessary and presumptive. I am sharing this as constructive feedback because it did not reflect the otherwise high standard of service we experienced from the rest of the team. My intention is not punitive, but rather to highlight an interaction that could benefit from additional coaching and awareness around customer communication.

  Friday evening long weekend , Came home from work and decided to order Uber Eats from Chik Fil A. Added a note for “please add chik fil a and bbq sauce packs on the side” NO , it was too hard to follow instructions for the person who packed the order (9571). Then I received the order with not even a single packet of sauce. So I thoroughly enjoyed the dry meal. Just ruined the evening

  This is my fav location! the service is exceptional. Everyone is so kind, caring, and goes above and beyond. S/O to Kent, you were so amazing!! so kind, took care of our table, and really modelled the true heart and values behind Chick Fil A. May God bless you all at this location!!

  There isn’t an iota of doubt that if you’re here, you will leave smiling! Especially if you’re taken care of by people as wonderfully warm as Kent! Such a pleasing personality and it was a joy to see him go around helping everyone with the most cheerful disposition! Thanks, Kent!

  We love it here so much. This location plays wholesome music, has board games, and community activities. When my family and I ate here, it was consistently clean. They even handed out free drinks randomly, and a worker came around asking if we wanted mints or hand wipes. The food is also great! Not oily and doesn’t make you feel gross afterwards. Fairly priced. We’ll be back again and again!
