  I went to pick up the order, there were 3 Indian girls, all were laughing giggling and using there phones. When I asked for the order they told me to wait I waited for long time period and at the end the order was ready already they just advised me to wait. There was a girl named Monica, she was very rude to me. Someone teach her how to treat the customers.

  I'm not angry, just a bit disappointed. I think they gave me an old batch of chicken fries. These were as hard as a rock and only a few had chicken inside (barely any though), the rest were basically just dough. Thankfully the burgers and fries we ordered were completely fine and delicious. Every other time I've gotten chicken fries they've been delicious but this one time they were abysmal and inedible.

  I used to come to this Burger King all the time growing up and today i decided to go back and order a simple sandwich through the drive through. The place did not seem too busy as it was 10pm and there was only one car in front of me. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before even speaking to someone at the window. And when she did come she asked me for my order again and then I watched her punch it in for the first time. Avoid this place. Very unprofessional.

  DISGUSTING FRIES! THESE FRIES WERE ALL WILTED, WITH THE POTATO SKIN STILL ON THEM. THEY WERE NOT FRESH AT ALL! THE ENTIRE SERVING OF FRIES CONSISTED OF SMALL TINY PIECES, 1-2 INCH LENGTHWISE BEING EACH PIECE! VERY DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTING! LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD PILED ALL THE LEFTOVERS! WE THEN WENT TO THE OTHER BURGER KING LOCATION IN ETOBICOKE, AND BY FAR, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! DON'T BOTHER TO GO TO THIS BURGER KING LOCATION AT ROCKWOOD MALL, IN MISSISSAUGA. BESIDES THE FRIES, THE WHOPPER BURGERS WERE FLAT & SEEMED SMASHED BY HANDS! VERY DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTING!

  Literally the worst staff ever. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered via uber eats and called them TEN times to ask them if they could use a potato bun instead of sesame bun. They never answered. So, I asked my uber eats driver to ask them when he was picking up the order.. And they said they got no calls (it did ring each time...) and it was already made so they couldn't do anything about it. Like... Good lord, could they not at least throw a potato bun in the bag?? Charge my uber acct more (I know they can for changes made) for it, that's fine. Other burger king staff always answer the phone and help and have no problem making the substitution... Or using two bottom buns if a potato bun isn't available. It's just this particular burger king that is consistently awful, this isn't the first time they were impossible to contact. This one is 24h so it's sometimes the only BK option... But never again. Never. McDonalds in general is way more accommodating to requests like this. Goodbye BK.
