  Drive thru line up wasn’t moving even tho there were only 2 cars in it. So I went inside to get my preorder. Walked in and there were 10 people waiting for their food order. Meanwhile food was sitting in the warmer and I overheard others asking for their burgers that were done and sitting there for the past 10 minutes. Waited over 10 mins before a bunch of us in the line were acknowledged. When I asked one of the staff about a mobile order, where I was responded was with an eye roll and a “well you’re just gonna have to wait cause we are busy”- with an attitude that was unacceptable. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Highly do not recommend this place. Get better staff!

  quite literally the worst location you can imagine. The older Filipina lady who is there is always yelling. Yelling at her coworkers, yelling at customers. She needs to learn how to talk to people. If you hate your job please get a new one. She literally held up a line up for 16 minutes ignoring in-store customers and serving delivery drivers only. Then arguing with a customer whose order was wrong. Then because he apparently ruined her day she decided to yell at me for not ordering properly? Honestly, Everyone save yourself the headache and go to the one at Dixie & Burnhamthorpe. That’s what I did. Because under no circumstances should anyone be speaking to customers with that tone or volume. Sincerely, a retail manager who knows how to treat people. Edit: I see Burger King has now responded asking me to reach out. But there are numerous negative reviews and complaints spanning years of people saying the same things about the same employee and she’s still there behaving the same way. So what is the point ??

  Very disappointing experience at this Burger King. The service was poor, and one employee was rude and had a very unprofessional attitude. She yelled at some children in a very rude and aggressive way, telling them to be quiet in front of all the customers, which was completely unacceptable. As a customer, you expect at least basic respect and professionalism. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service.
