  I dont know how their corporate office is letting this place run like this. The orders are super slow. Ive ordered here from uber eats and it takes them a good 30 minutes just to prep the food. The service at drive thru is just as bad. The food is sloppy and inconsistent...not a lot of options in milton but I am definitely done with this place.

  roop was super nice and made my whole experience really good! they were really friendly, got my order right, and the food came out fresh. you can tell they actually care about the customers. definitely one of the best experiences i’ve had at taco bell. thanks roop!

  I sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes without a single acknowledgement or even a "we'll be with you shortly." After eventually driving to the first window (several cars behind me) to ask if anyone was working, I was given an excuse about the headset not functioning. What happened next was even more frustrating. Rather than apologizing or explaining why no one had bothered to check on waiting customers, the cashier ignored every question I asked and repeatedly responded with nothing but, "Can I take your order?" When I requested to speak with a manager, the cashier said something to the manager in her native language, and the manager then did exactly the same thing, repeating, "Can I take your order?" over and over while refusing to answer a single question or address the complete lack of customer service. This wasn't just poor service; it was a complete refusal to communicate with a customer who had already been kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. A simple apology and honest explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with indifference, dismissiveness, and a manager who appeared completely uninterested in resolving the situation.

  Taco's were good, but... When you go-to Taco Bell specifically for their well known and advertised "Taco Tuesday" deal Then proceed to be charged the regular price of Tacos, it leaves a sour taste in your mouth... Even worse, I asked for a receipt and guess what. It wasn't in the bag or handed to me...

  don’t waste your time eating here. go to a&w across the street. I ordered a bowl and no utensils and napkins was provided in the bag. like what am i suppose to do now? eat with my hands? i also added extra lettuce, pico, and cabbage to the bowl and it looked like they half ass the portion. my friend went to get his fountain drink and the fountain machine was warm - no ice and with warm drinks, mind you the weather is 26 degrees. negative stars for this location. this location needs to be checked.
