    Had a great time at Swiss Chalet with my two boys. The chicken wings, ribs, chicken, and of course the sauce were all delicious! Our server, Jasleen, was excellent. She was very patient, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of even though the restaurant was busy. Really appreciated the great service. We’ll definitely be back!

    DIVIJ is the BEST SERVER this Swiss Chalet could ever hope for. He is polite, well spoken, respectful, hard working (even when he is given more customers than his allocated area), diligent, and he is aware of how people prefer their food. Now, that said, the kitchen staff do not follow instructions, and there is a major problem when they do not give him the order or orders with special requests. 👉A few major problems are 1.The Womens bathroom is disgusting. 2.The dispensers for bathroom tissue(toilet paper) are stained and dirty and the floors and walls could use a thorough professional cleaning. Women feel worse exiting the bathroom than before entering. 3.The building exterior entrance is severely crumbling and could be a tripping hazard, and there are NO disabled door openers upon entering or exiting. 4.Obvious ceiling leakage discoloration in several areas. 5.Many chairs and tables are OLD and should be replaced. 6.Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed, as this building desperately needs a major overhaul. It appears the owner has no respect or concern for his/her customers, or pride when it comes to the appearance of this restaurant. If it wasn't for DIVIJ, we would find another restaurant to enjoy family gatherings at. I have already spent my time reviewing this Swiss Chalet location in Milton with my concerns and your short comings. That should be more than enough information provided to you from a long-standing customer of Swiss Chalet for over 55 years(not at this location). I do hope something is done to correct the issues I have mentioned.

    I could not be more disappointed with my experience today. My 8-month pregnant wife and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary at Swiss Chalet because we have always appreciated the wonderful food and service - unfortunately this was not the case. We got there at 6pm and it took over 15 minutes for a host to come and help us to a table. We were so excited for the Thanksgiving feast special that we ordered the main meal immediately. It took 1hr for our mains to arrive and we weren’t even given the correct meals (none of the Thanksgiving sides were served). Not only that but it seemed like the meals were sub-par rushed when the waitress noticed that we hadn’t received anything after 45 minutes of waiting. The meal was also meant to come with pie for dessert and our waitress forgot to give it to us so we had to ask and wait again. We also didn’t get the hand bowls offered after eating. All in all, very disappointing.

    Been in Milton for 20 years. Swiss Chalet is always great. No complaints. I usually order pickup/delivery I dont dine in. Any problems are usually sorted out right away. Only thing I could say to improve, Please, mark the boxes if ordering takeout. Ive ordered for up to 5 people (delivery) but nothing was labeled. Sometimes have difficulty knowing which is which with nothing checked off on the boxes. Food is always great. Service is 5 star. Thank you for good home meals and warm service. 💖

    I had a horrible experience yesterday at this restaurant. We arrived at 5 and no one came to our table until 5:15. We had to flag someone down just to come to our table. No cutlery on the table. We explained that we had somewhere to be at 6:30, and if it was realistic we would be able to order and get our food on time, otherwise we would have left. They assured that someone was coming so we risked it and stayed. Eventually she came and had a miserable look on her face. Not once was there an apology for the wait. We ordered our food and it arrived almost an hour after we initially arrived at restaurant. When the food came we asked to get our bills right away knowing that was going to take forever too. We had to flag the manager down just to pay so we can leave and we still arrived late to where we had to be. On top of that we came because kids eat free on Wednesdays, but because we ordered the festive meal the free kids meal didn’t apply. This should have been mentioned when we ordered, as we would have gotten something else so we could get the offer. I’ve never had such a poor experience at a restaurant before. For the first time in my life I didn’t tip as I did not feel it was deserved.
