- FFFahimApr 30, 20261.0I observed that four employees were eating pizza, and when they served me, they did not wash their hands. As a result, I was uncomfortable and barely ate the food.

Stopped for a sub and salad to take home, the woman working just mumbled so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear what she was saying. The food quality was terrible and this matters even more now when we are paying much more for food. We will not return! There are better Subways in town and this one is not one to visit. It’s never busy and now I know why.

She didn’t greet me at all when I walked in, which already set a negative tone. While ordering a footlong veggie sub for my friend, I was confirming with him whether he wanted a patty or not. At first, I said no, but then I changed my mind and politely asked her to add a patty. As soon as I said that, her attitude completely changed. she rolled her eyes and looked visibly annoyed. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customers should feel respected, even if they make small changes to their order. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

They did not cut any of the vegetables or cheese I had a mouthful of onions all bunched up together. It was brutal & a whole lot of sauce, it was just really bad. I’ve gotten salads so many times over the years & never received it like this. Whoever was working March, 27th between 7-7:30pm really messed up my food.
