The GEO search function is a joke. It almost never recognizes my location correctly, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to manually search for a store while the app just spins or throws errors. On top of that, the app is insanely glitchy. Buttons don’t respond, screens freeze, and it feels like every single step takes longer than it should. Even something as basic as loading the menu feels like waiting for dial-up internet in 2002. It’s slow, buggy, and clearly not maintained with any level of care. Reliability? Forget it. Half the time I’m not even confident my order will go through properly. It turns what should be a quick and convenient experience into a frustrating chore. Honestly, this app is just plain garbage, and it’s reason #67 why I’ll gladly take my business over to Mr. Sub instead. Do better.

Just a week ago, I ordered the same footlong with the same flavour from another branch, and the difference was very noticeable. This time, the sandwich had much less filling. I regularly eat Subway, so it was easy to tell something was off. Even before opening it, the sandwich felt light and didn’t look properly filled. After opening it, I saw there were very few veggies inside. I had selected extra veggies like spinach and peppers while ordering online, but it didn’t seem like that was added properly. Compared to my previous order from another branch, which was well-loaded and satisfying, this one felt underfilled and not worth the price.
