I won’t get into details because I had a change in heart and I do not want the lady working to lose her job or be reprimanded. I don’t know what kind of day she was dealing with before I came but I sensed a lot of frustration in her. Hoping she could improve her customer relations skills after our recent situation regarding an order mishap. To the lady working, sorry it came down to us arguing about something so small in retrospect. Hopefully we both can deal with this better in the future. I will not be returning to this location although I am still a fan of the delicious food.

But to my surprise she took other persons order who came after me. She was only person working in the store, management should have more staff to cater customers. I will be never coming to waste my time here again.

Then, had a coupon to use instore and worker couldn't scan it. So she called her manager and said I had to pay full price and contact head office. Which I did and now head office is saying I can only go to this location to get a small burrito or 15% off my order. I'm from out of town how does that help in any way? What terrible customer service, especially from head office!!!!!!!
