  Wish I could give zero stars. This location never fails to disappoint. Went in today to get a large sub, got enough toppings only for small sub that includes the meat. I asked the girl a question she proceeded to speak to another employee in their language before answering me and dais they only put meat on half of sub not whole way.

  First time in Canada I saw that you can’t use restroom without buying something and it’s only for customers board. I mean really!!

  The place was empty and the attendant was obviously not where they wanted to be, I get it. However, they barely paid attention and seemed to want to do the bare minimum. I had ordered a seafood sub - don't judge - and noticed she was filling the spoon half way to fill the sandwich (or whatever you're call the scoop). Its usually 2 scoops for a 6" and 4 scoops for a foot long. I noticed each of her scoops were half empty. When I mentioned that each scoop was half empty she "did me a favor" and added another half scoop to the sandwich. Now I've had a lot of meals at Mr. Sub and at various locations across the Hamilton Toronto Niagra Falls etc. regions and never had half a scoop. I felt ripped off. Took my meal and left. Why this rant - feels good, and double pay attention I guess. Oh and whoever owns that shop, get your staff trained and excited about what is likely a part time job or an entry job because your profits depend on it.

  We've ordered from here several times on Uber and Skip and honestly...everytime is a gamble. Its either going to be made well or it's going to be made by someone who doesn't care. Eating out is sadly a luxury now so its extremely unfortunate when theres no attempt to make the food enjoyable. My wife ordered a Canadian Club and got 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon...........for 20 dollars. I would love to support local Canadian businesses, especially now, but when they care this little about their customers....it is hard to fo so. I hope your owner sees this and understands that Milton is owed more than the lackluster food you are serving us. Shame.
