  Just ordered from here. We got 2 four piece combos and asked for large fries. One of the combos had spicy chicken and the other was normal chicken. We didn’t get large fries but I was still charged $40 dollars (Not worth it) for the upgrade. Furthermore, the spicy chicken was absolutely tasteless besides the spice and the only thing that made it spicy or was the hot sauce in the middle of the chicken (yuck). Also, we had to play a guessing game of which combo had the spicy chicken in it. Also, you can tell the drive through is extremely neglected and their speaker system was extremely hard to hear. The girl who took our order though was very friendly and patient. Nothing of the meal tastes like it used to. That’s likely because the recipe and franchise has been sold several times. Again, this was not worth the price. Very disappointing and I won’t ever come back here.

  I tried to place an order online for pickup. The site was not working for payment coz of payment issues (regular issue). Later, I walk in to the store to place an order. When I received the order I asked if the order is complete and nothing missing. The staff member confirmed. Upon asking if the sauce is there, she realized that She missed it then She put it on. Then I asked where are the drinks, She checked and gave me drinks. Before leaving I confirmed again if the order is complete and She confirmed. When I reached home, I found that the popcorn chicken is missing. I called the store several times but no one picked up so I left the voice message, but no callback. This is the 2nd time it happened. I feel that KFC food is fresh and tasty but KFC is lacking in online order payment and staff don’t pay attention that the order is complete or not.

  Amazing people who are super kind and listen to you and the wait time was not long at all, very quick. Food was still hot when I got it, and enjoyed it very much well. Took my order right away too.

  Would give zero if I could. Pathetic service. Went to get 2 flaming hot cheeto box meals. Wasn't given a box. Everything was dumped on top of the burgers so they were squashed and this is after a 23 min wait after designated pick up time. Please train staff or get rid of the ones there.
