- MKMike Kell4 days ago1.0Been to lots of Kelsey’s locations in our hometown, and never had issues except for this one. Service was pretty quick, wasn’t busy. Atmosphere was lacklustre, very outdated and dirty feeling. My bench was also loose/broken. Our food was cold when we got it. Poutine was lukewarm, cheese curds cold, fries undercooked and cold. Burger was lukewarm like it had been sitting for 15 minutes or more. My partners sandwich was also lukewarm along with her mashed potatoes and gravy. When we come back to the area we won’t be coming here again. Would strongly advise caution when eating here.

I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad with chicken, the salad was wilted, chicken was dry. 👎🏼👎🏼I finished my meal off with a watered-down coffee which I did not drink. Service was fine. The worst food I have ever had!

Shikha was our server today and she didn’t miss a beat with the drinks and food. Lestyn has been an amazing server when we have been there as well. Great team work and food!!
