    Absolutely such an amazing experience, I took my son out for dinner, he didn’t complain once, and he normally complains! Our server Chloe made our experience so wonderful, she made sure to always check up on us and got our refills fast on our drinks, she was very friendly, i’m thankful for having her as a server! Our food was delicious, we will definitely be dining here again as a family, hope to have Chloe again as our server.

    We love going to this branch, as it's always friendly, wholesome, and the food is always delicious. We get the veal parmigiana and it comes with pasta that you can customize, all-you-can-eat salad & soup (we get a garden salad and the Italian wedding soups with parmigiana cheese shavings & lemon wedges - yummm!).... And tonight we tried the violet lemonade, sweet and tart, refreshing and perfect pairing with the fried veal and pasta. Oh, and before the meals even come, you get a nice fresh loaf of bread with butter to enjoy, a warm welcome appetizer. Now, a special mention to our server tonight, Chloe, you were lovely, calm, remembered all our customizations, served us with grace, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you very much! We look forward to coming again 😊 And to the staff who celebrated the couple of teens tonight for their birthdays, all the families that were there tonight looked happy and comfortable, so we thank you for your friendly service and hardwork 😊 you make the restaurant atmosphere homey and nice. We definitely recommend this branch. ❤️

    We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Chloe, and she was AMAZING! ⭐️ The restaurant was extremely busy—honestly, I’ve never seen East Side Mario’s that packed—and somehow Chloe didn’t miss a beat. We had a table of 8 with plenty of requests, and she kept up with everything effortlessly while still making us feel completely taken care of. Our food came out hot, fresh and delicious, and Chloe was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed or forgotten. We come to East Side Mario’s often, but usually at the Cambridge location since that’s where we live. I have to say, this was hands down the BEST service we’ve ever had at an East Side Mario’s. Chloe is an absolute asset to the restaurant. Her professionalism, attentiveness and ability to handle such a busy night with a smile really stood out. She deserves to be recognized for the incredible job she did! ❤️ And to top all of this off - it was my moms bday and she ensured my mom had a birthday song and ice cream which made her feel so happy. Thank you, Chloe, for making our dinner such a great experience!

    The side roasted vegetables was like 3 tablespoons of veg. For $3.99 it isn’t even a funny joke. The 2 pastas (linguine tetrazzini and spaghetti meatballs had no flavour, just a heap of cooked pasta with a smidgen of flavourless sauce. The meat amount in each pasta was what you would give a picky-eater 6 year old child. At least the salad was fresh although one sachet of dressing is not enough for a family size salad. Overall, garbage. We had a similar experience some years ago and hadn’t gone in there to eat or ordered takeout since. Tried it today on a whim and disappointed it’s still such a poor option for a family meal.

    I had a good experience overall at East Side Mario’s in Milton, especially when it came to the service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated their willingness to accommodate our requests. That said, I did feel a little uncomfortable having to repeatedly ask for bread, soup, and salad when those items were part of the all-you-can-eat offering. After asking multiple times, I started to feel like I was being annoying, even though I was simply requesting what was included with the meal. One suggestion I think would make the experience much better would be to have a designated self-serve area or bar where customers can help themselves to the bread, soup, and salad. For customers who need assistance, the servers could still bring these items to the table. I think this would make the process more convenient for everyone and take some pressure off the servers. Unfortunately, the food itself was a bit disappointing. The pasta in particular lacked flavour and seasoning. For an Italian restaurant, I expected the pasta to have a much stronger and more authentic taste. Overall, the service was great, but I think there is room for improvement with both the all-you-can-eat setup and the flavour of the food. I’d still recommend giving the restaurant a try, but hopefully these areas can be improved.
