  Mario’s is one my most favourite places in the world, the ambience, the girly pop, the warmth, and the staff are all perfect. On my last visit on 17th May, my son and I were served by the lovely Stephanie and what I liked was that there was no pushing of menu items, instead there was the friendliness and the signature warmth. Thank Stephanie for making for another successful visit to good ol’ Mario’s!

  Mackenzie was phenomenal. Very interactive with my granddaughter (3yr old) and very knowledgeable about the menu because we didn’t know what we wanted. Checked in often and responded to our needs promptly. It was a busy Mother’s Day and I’m not sure how many tables she had but we felt like the only one. I highly recommend this server and our food was fantastic also

  We recently celebrated my brother’s birthday at East Side Mario's, and although our evening started with a very long delay on our reservation, TJ completely turned the experience around for us. From the moment he stepped in, he was attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great night. He went above and beyond to make my brother feel special, even coordinating the staff to sing Happy Birthday for him. What could have been a frustrating experience ended up being a wonderful and memorable evening because of TJ’s exceptional customer service. Thank you, TJ, for your positivity and effort — it truly made all the difference!

  I would like to compliment the excellent service provided by Laureni at East side Mario's. She was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. Laureni made sure everything was perfect, always checking on us with kindness and a smile. It’s clear that she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Laureni, for the amazing service. We will definitely come back again!

  We had an amazing time at this East Side Marios. It's been many years since I've been to one and this experience has made me realize I been missing out. There were 7 of us meeting for dinner. We were seated instantly and our server Lauren was wondering. Very friendly, attentive and knew the menu well. The appetizers came pretty fast and as we were finishing those our food was ready. We had quite a few different staff members pass by and check up on us, including the owner. Despite it being Friday night and the place packed to the max, we had a great experience. Definitely recommend this location!
