  The food is what you expect from McDonald's. Things have gotten worse since the new management took over. No longer give you a voucher when you are asked to move ahead and wait. It is no longer fast food, quality is inconsistent. I have to always double check my son's Happy Meal to make sure the cheeseburger I request plain is actually plain. 1/2 the time or more it's wrong. Other locations are better but Midland is not what it used to be.

  Ordered a Big Mac meal around 2:20am Mon May 18th, Waited 5-10 minutes in drive thru. Burger was cold and fries were as hard as a rock couldn't even eat them. Also asked for large fries and only got regular. Very disappointing experience.

  On 11 May 2026 we ordered food for my 8yo daughter who has allergies to the McDonald's seasoning, however she loves the food otherwise. We ordered her 6 nuggets, a medium fry and 2 cheeseburgers, asking to put only buns, meat and cheese on it, requesting specifically at the drive thru to omit the seasoning on the burgers, explaining that there's an allergy. The order was confirmed and we paid for it. My husband checked a burger and there was no seasoning on it, so it was safe to eat for our child. However, mid-meal she started having an allergic reaction again. We checked the food this location served us and to our disappointment one of the two burgers was made as per agreement, while the second one was full of seasoning, to which her body reacted. She felt very ill and we had to immediately address the physical danger by using an epipen, which costs about $125. Very disappointed with the experience. This meal ended up costing us $21.65 for the food and an extra $125 for the epipen which are not cheap, all because one of the staff members chose to be negligent. I hope this does not reflect the business practices nor moral conduct of the rest of the team. This is not the first time this has happened, the restaurant is well aware, at this point we'd like this to be addressed in a professional fair manner and this fault be remedied and find a way to ensure this doesn't happen to her, nor anyone else again. She just wanted to eat the food she loves, it's a treat for her, but ended up sick and we paid about $140 for it because we had to waste another epipen.   Today i met the new owner at the night time . He is a w guy . I saw the improvement actually in compare to crew was before.food was fresh and hot 🤤

  What a joke this place is, never fails that they can't even follow simple instructions. Tags are displayed with instructions for staff to read. Clearly doesn't happen. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no onions. And you get a patty with lettuce and no bun haha. Insane right, nope they want you to return and waste gas to prove it.
