  Today I had such a wonderful experience at this amazing establishment. Not only was the food amazing, but the waitress that had taken my orders very timely, quickly, and I wa Avery happy with my waitress Kitty! You should definitely visit the restaurant and if you get the chance, look for Kitty, it was honestly a one of a kind experience at Swiss Chalet. 💯

  Dinner at Swiss Chalet was a pleasant experience thanks to the prompt, courteous, and professional service we received from Valerie. The dining room was busy, but she maintained her positive, calm demeanour. The food was delicious too, and nicely plated!

  We came here for Mother’s Day with a group of 8 people, including my son, and the experience was honestly embarrassing. After being seated, we waited roughly 35 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We eventually had to go up ourselves and ask when someone would be taking our order or even bringing WATER to the table. The staff looked confused and had no idea what was going on. To make matters worse, people seated in our section WELL after us were already served, eating, and finishing their meals before we had even received our drinks. That’s unacceptable and shows how poorly organized this place was tonight. After that, we were left sitting there AGAIN while our server spent time cleaning tables and talking instead of taking our drink order. Another 15+ minutes passed and I was genuinely at the point of walking out with my son because of how ridiculous the situation had become. My girlfriend stopped me and went to speak to the front staff herself. As I’m writing this review, we’ve now been here over an hour and still don’t even have our food. I work in and around the restaurant industry myself, so I understand busy days, especially on Mother’s Day. But this wasn’t just “busy” — this was complete disorganization, lack of communication, and poor service management. Nobody checked on us, nobody apologized properly, and nobody seemed to know who was responsible for our table. A Mother’s Day dinner should not turn into an hour-long wait just to get basic service. You should all be very ashamed of how this was handled tonight.

  I will never order from here again. Over 1 hour of waiting for a delivery that should be no more than 30 minutes and missing fries. Called support and they offer $5 off my next order. Fries itself is more than 5 bucks on the website. No chance to even correct the mistake. Delivery driver leaves the food immediately onto the ground not even a minute to allow me to get to the door. Absolutely trash service.

  Came here for the 2 can dine. They only allowed one dark meat and one white meat for the deal. We weren't allowed to order 2 dark meats. Never heard of that before. They brought the wrong kids meal, took it back and waited around 8 mins for the right one only to find a hair in the burger.... sent it back and had to wait even longer for a kids burger. By then we were done our meals. Not the servers fault, he was apologetic and moved with pace for us. They took off the kids meal for us which were grateful for. I think they just need to be more aware in the kitchen.
