  Had a great experience at Swiss Chalet! Rosa was very attentive and kind, always checking on us to make sure we were doing well and enjoying our meal. The food was delicious, fresh, and served nicely. We truly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely come back🫶🤤

  I had a very disappointing takeout experience at this Swiss Chalet location. I placed a simple order through the app for pickup: the 2 Can Dine meal with one dark meat quarter chicken dinner and one white meat quarter chicken dinner, both with fries. When I got home and opened the meals, the fries were clearly not a proper or typical portion. The meals looked carelessly packed and not at the standard I would expect from Swiss Chalet. I was not going to drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant, so I called Swiss Chalet customer service. They told me to speak with the restaurant manager and transferred me, but the restaurant did not answer the phone for over 15 minutes while I sat on hold. I then had to call customer service again, and after spending more than 25 minutes trying to deal with a basic issue, I was offered only $5. When I asked to speak with a customer service manager, they increased it to $7.50. This was not just about fries. It was about a simple order being poorly prepared, the restaurant not answering the phone, and customer service treating the issue like an inconvenience rather than a legitimate complaint. Very disappointing experience from both the restaurant and Swiss Chalet customer service. I would not return to this location for takeout.

  Every time me and my brothers get together. we come to swiss chalet. The food is always fresh and tastes really good. The service is always really good. And its a really clean restaurant.

  They messed up two of my takeout orders recently. Gave another customer's order in the first instance and left out an item in the second instance. Didn't realize until I got home. Check your takeout orders!

  This was a terrible experience. I called to notify the restaurant after I opened my take out coleslaw and it was missing the dressing. I was offered two free ones next time. No apology, however it was nice to offer it for next time. I should have opened my wrap before calling. It was burnt, stuck to the bottom of the box. I paid for white meat and that was questionable as well. I picked out a few dark fatty pieces. This is the first time I have tossed my meal from a Swiss Chalet. I won’t be back.
