    This location is always running out of items and only has one worker who smiles and tries his best… poorly managed location 👎

    I had a terrible experience at this location. You go to a franchise store to expect consistency, but this place is anything but consistent with their sandwiches. I think overall this place is understaffed and makes people wait to complete online orders. The app is sometimes not userfriendly to allow writing specific instructions for specific meals making it not possible to order it online. So, placed one order online and one inperson, but she made me wait for a really long time to complete online orders. This can be fixed simply by placing appropriate staff. This also causes the employees to be overworked and hence the women working there make so many errors in making our online order. Not only the ingredients but she missed the size all together! We order a foot long and she only gave us 6 inch. This lead to me having to go back to the place again to get the second half. This defeats the whole purpose of ordering online when we entrust the employees to work efficiency without errors. This caused my multiple trips to the place and constant disappointment!

    If you’re ordering online, double check if they put the right sauces. Most of the time they only add mayo and forget the other sauce you added.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this Subway location. The store clearly has vegetables and cheese available in person, yet their online ordering system shows many basic ingredients as “out of stock.” I ordered a veggie footlong through the app, and shockingly, there were no options for common toppings like green peppers, tomatoes, or even different types of cheese. This isn’t a minor issue—these are standard ingredients that should always be available for a veggie sandwich. This kind of mismatch between in-store inventory and the online menu is misleading and unacceptable. Customers are paying full price but getting a limited and inferior experience. It feels careless at best and deceptive at worst. If the store cannot maintain accurate inventory or provide basic customization options online, they should not be offering online ordering at all. I hope management takes this seriously and fixes the issue immediately. Note: When I got home, I realized the order was incorrect—it didn't have any cheese and I had requested three sauces, but only one was included. As a result, the sandwich was totally bland, especially since I prefer a bit of spice. Total waste of money and time.

    STAY AWAY! Horrible, stale, food using pickles to fill sandwich instead of lettuce! Beyond ridiculous!! Ordered a veggie sandwich they made it with all pickles and cheaper out on ALL other toppings including lettuce which is the base of most subway sandwiches!!! Don’t go here cheap owners and making sandwiches without lettuce!!! We paid for a foot long veggie sub but got a pickles and bread for a sub. Pictures attached for evidence!! Approximately 20 pickles on one side of a sandwich!!! My husbands sub had chunks of onion, I cut my onions finer than that when we cook at home! My husbands bread was hard he had to squish it to flatten and make it soft. I got 2 m&m cookies for our toddler she took one bite and complained it hurt her tooth. It was so hard. We had to toss everything. We did take away. They know you’re not staying to eat or that’s why they cheap out!!!! People should not be allowed to own franchisee if this is how they will be serving food like they want to earn a profit!! They were smart and angled all the sandwiches and made a bunch together to not fill them with lettuce and cheap out on all ingredients!! How do you make a sub with close to 40 pickles!
