Prompt service. Great large pizza with ample toppings and the large 4 topping special was great feed! Canadian bacon, spicy sausage, pepperoni and jalapaeno is a must!

I tried to order a pizza online and when I entered the coupon code it would not accept it and therefore would not give me the discount. So I phoned the store and spoke to the manager and said can I just place an order over the phone? She said no. You'll just have to come to our store and place your order and wait for your pizza. It was really poor customer service so I said no thank you. I'm going to go to Regino's. I found Reginald's place. My order easily and did not have to pay until I actually picked up the pizza. It was super straightforward and the pizza ended up costing me less than it would have at Papa John's even with the discount. Bottom line is I'm totally unimpressed with Papa John's. Their website is terrible and their customer service is just as bad

The pizza was phenomenal, fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Amrit provided amazing service and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back!
