  When they are out of ingredients, they do not call you. They wait until you've driven to their establishment and only then tell you. When confronted asking why they did not call me, they chose not to answer. Poor service. Not professional. Waste of my time. Go to the one on mainstreet Markham and instead.

  Horrible customer service and incorrect order! I always order the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust (which clearly states on the menu as a +$9.00 upgrade and comes with cheese stuffed inside). My receipt for Order clearly shows I paid $36.99 ($27.99 base price + $9.00 for the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust). However, the pizza I received had NO cheese in the crust, only garlic flavor. When I called the store to clarify, the staff repeatedly and falsely insisted that I ordered the basic $4.00 "Garlic Parmesan Cheese" crust flavor (which doesn't have stuffed cheese) and blamed me for making the wrong order. The math doesn't lie: $27.99 + $9.00 = $36.99. If I ordered the $4.00 one, the price would have been $31.99. Instead of checking the receipt or acknowledging their mistake, the staff said they would "ask the manager" and straight up HUNG UP the phone on me. Terrible attitude, deceptive pricing, and zero accountability. Will never order from this branch again!

  I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I used the app to pre-order and pay in advance to save time, but the whole experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. My order was already past the scheduled pickup time when I arrived, and I still had to wait a long time in-store without any proper explanation. On top of that, when I finally received my order, the pizza size was incorrect. When I pointed this out, the staff were unhelpful and showed a very poor attitude. There was no effort to properly resolve the issue or offer any reasonable compensation. I also tried to request a refund, but it was handled in a slow and disorganized way, which wasted even more of my time. This completely defeats the purpose of using online ordering, which is supposed to be fast and convenient. Instead, it was stressful, inefficient, and a complete waste of time. Very poor service overall. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.
