  Absolutely terrible experience at this location. I would strongly recommend avoiding it. This is the first one-star review I have ever written, which shows how disappointing this experience was. On July 9, 2026, at around 5:00 p.m., I went into the store to order a sandwich. The big brown guy working there refused to take my order and told me I had to order online because he was busy doing something in the back. He repeatedly pointed at the receipts on the wall and said, “This is what other people do,” insisting that I place my order online instead of serving me in person. I tried to order online, but my phone had very poor internet reception inside the store and I was unable to complete the order. While I was trying, I saw another customer enter the store and have her order taken in person. I then went back to the counter, and only then did the employee agree to serve me. Unfortunately, his attitude throughout the entire interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly raised his voice at me while I was deciding what I wanted to order, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. When I asked for his name or requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, he refused to provide any information. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at a restaurant before. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of how busy the store is. I sincerely hope management addresses this employee’s behavior so future customers do not have the same experience.
