    Did a late night McDonald’s run because I was starving, only to find that one of the McDoubles looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it, and the Chicken McNuggets came with no sauces at all. I drove back to the store to get it fixed. There was no apology—just a replacement burger and the missing sauces. By then, the food I had at home was already cold because I had to make the extra trip. After I mentioned the inconvenience, the manager “offered” me a small, lukewarm fries, which I appreciated, but it didn’t really make up for the experience. When I finally got home, I realized the other burger was missing a patty. At that point, I was too tired and hungry to drive back yet again. More than half of my order was wrong. My fault for not checking EVERY SINGLE ITEM before going back to them :)

    ​The pickup screen here is a total illusion. Staff consistently "bump" (clear) order numbers off the "In Progress" screen long before the food is actually bagged, just to fake their internal corporate speed metrics and look good on paper. Your number will say "Now Serving" or vanish entirely while you're left awkwardly hovering at the counter for another 10 minutes. ​By accepting this chaos without complaining, we Canadians are letting corporations prioritize arbitrary digital scorecards over actual customer service. It functions flawlessly in places like Japan because they respect the process; here, it’s just about gaming the timer. Stop clearing the screens early and just give us our food when you say it's ready.

    To be honest I wish I can give them negative zero stars, I placed my prefer for table service as the restaurant was busy, my food never came I had to go to the counter 3 times to find out where my food was, they never even made my food then when I went up the 3rd time to find out where my food was the kitchen staff said to rush my food vector was a complaint order!!! Fist off I never once complained I went to figure out where my food was and why it was taking so long and second there was no manager in sight the entire time I was there trust me if there was I would have complained this is why I am writing this glowing review. The service was terrible, the fact I had to go to the counter 3 times and be treated like I was bothering the staff is a huge red flag!! Not once was I rude or yelling, I was calm polite and respectful, but the heavy breathing and eye rolling and being told I was a complaint customer was unnecessary. To be honest the service in McDonald’s and the standard which they use to hold there establishment and employees have definitely disappeared and it’s sad, especially when you are already spending a little over $30 on 2 combos!!!!!! At this price point you are better off going to any other restaurant and getting better service and food . The cleanliness of the restaurant was nonexistent, the tables were sticky , dirty and disgusting, there was food on the floor, no front of house staff in sight, the bathroom was equally disgusting. I think it’s safe to say I will never be going to this McDonald’s ever again, I suggest you don’t either Like I said, no supervisors or managers insight

    Extremely disappointing experience. I paid extra for two dipping sauces (Sweet & Sour and Spicy Habanero), and neither was included in my order. The most frustrating part is that this is not the first time. I’ve had multiple orders from this location with missing items and sauces. It’s not about the dollar amount—it’s about repeatedly paying for items that never arrive. If customers are being charged for extras, staff should take the time to make sure those items are actually packed. At this point, ordering from this location feels like a gamble. Very poor attention to detail and quality control. I won’t be ordering from here again unless this issue is addressed.
