  Just bought my food at a drive through. The indian lady at the second window needs to learn how to smile and be polite to people. If you dont have customers service skills. You should not be working there.

  I was walking my dog near a McDonald’s, and then I went in to buy breakfast. When I was ready to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. So I called my family to come pay, and I asked the staff to place my order first. I waited with my dog at the door for about 10 minutes. When my family arrived to pay, they said no order had been placed. Honestly, the service was really poor, because they said dogs weren’t allowed inside, so I just took the dog back outside right away. Please also add that if they hadn’t placed the order and they could see I was waiting at the door, they could have informed me that the payment needed to be completed before the order could be processed. In that case, I would have simply canceled the order right away. And during this whole interaction, they acted quite unfriendly toward my dog.～～～I also overheard them whispering, saying things with a tone of contempt～～McDonald’s nowadays is nothing like the friendliness it used to have.

  Went to try out the new drinks released.. used the kiosk and wanted to pay at the counter, but received two receipts that were not mines.. I already paid for my order and informed the cashier lady about the mistake, but she kept dismissing me about how she couldn’t do anything about it, nor give me a refund. I patiently waited for the other customers to finish taking their orders before voicing the issue again. She doesn’t know what to do and couldn’t do anything when in fact she took my order and my money. I then proceeded to ask other workers if they had my order but no they don’t and they didn’t know anything. I was annoyed and it took them literally 30 minutes to get someone to resolve the issue. I understand if you are busy but I waited so that there was no line. And the fact that I was told initially that I was unable to get a refund when she took my money. At the end, I did get my refund when the manager came but at that point, I was too disappointed to get the drinks and left empty handed…

  Waited so long in drive thru, wanted a milkshake but got told they dont have it. Then i got stuck in the line up for another half hour… please have respect for peoples time and put a god damn notice up if u dont have something

  I LOVE McDonalds, but the service here is not pleasant. Workers sound like they wanna go home, and don’t wanna talk to you. Gives the atmosphere a very negative vibe and feeling. But the food was very good. I love McDonald’s I love McDonald’s I love McDonald’s I love McDonald’s
