  Triple check your stuff and avoid ordering any takeout here. The people at this location ALWAYS forget things. Meal came without nuggets, dipping sauce and straws.

  This location is the worst to visit, the drive thru line at night is extremely slow from being short staffed. Also extremely dirty with garbage on the tables and floors. Whoever the management is at this location needs to do better, I feel bad for the current staff struggling to manage the customer flow.

  Would just like to leave this review for Jayden, we went for a huge 4 mobile orders last night and we were expecting there might be inconvenience or issues but everything was perfect. Jayden helped us took care of our order, super nice, smiled and made sure all our items are correct. It was also a busy night but he stayed calm and organized. Writing this because I would want this kind of attitude and work ethic to be highlighted and shine some light on this gentlemen. Please reward him with some kind of acknowledgment or appreciation.

  Take so long for my order short staff I couldn't even enjoy my lunch break like in toronto this doesn't happen I recommend everyone don't go to this place only if you trying to kill time

  I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s locations across Toronto, but this one easily takes the worst experience. Ordered a Happy Meal—got home and found the chicken nuggets were missing. Basic order accuracy shouldn’t be this hard. Called the store immediately. It took THREE attempts before anyone bothered to pick up. And when they finally did? I was told I’d have to drive back myself to pick up the missing item. No apology, no solution—just “come back and get it.” Before I could even leave my name and number, the call got disconnected. And of course, no one followed up. So let me get this straight—you make the mistake, and I’m expected to waste my time, gas, and effort to fix it for you? That’s your idea of customer service? This isn’t just careless—it’s disrespectful. If this is the standard, you seriously need to rethink how you treat your customers.
