  Every time I go to this KFC location, I really enjoying the friendly service, environment, hygiene , as much as enjoying my food, very happy to find such a nice fast food restaurant and also a few times I went with my family there to order, they had the same feeling as I do.

  *NOT ABOUT THEIR SERVICE.* That type of unequipped franchise doesn't provide their workers a separate screen that details mobile orders? When you make a mobile order, you have to enter the gas station and let the workers know. ONLY THEN WILL IT BE MADE. They have no interface that lets them know about mobile orders apparently. They need to be reminded at the front desk. What's the point of making mobile order ahead of time if you don't save time???? Fix your IT, KFC. Get these guys better equipment.
