  At 11:10pm on Sunday May 17th me and my boyfriend had arrived to pick up a mobile order from this establishment. We had ordered food 20 minutes ago. We had to wait 15 minutes at the counter before an employee ever came to greet us or give anyone food. We heard laughing in the back as we were waiting. No amount of knocking, loud coughing, or whistling alerted the employees. When we finally caught a glimpse of an employee (my boyfriend made eye contact with him) he made no attempt to acknowledge us, or ask why we were waiting. He came into view 2 more times without every speaking a word to us before I had to loudly ask for our food. This was terrible customer service, and as someone who works in customer service myself find this unprofessional and disrespectful. Please invest in a bell for the front desk, as this has happened to me multiple times at this establishment.

  Greasy soggy chicken there is no crisp at all its like chicken skin is separating from chicken and dirty soggy tasteless. This location made horrible fried chicken. Please someone look into it we spend money it’s not free. Hygiene issue as well because chicken taste and look both are very bad. A very bad and horrible experience 2 times.

  Service here sucks. Food is typical KFC standard. But I'd never recommend coming here if you want "fast" food or you're in a rush. Idk if it's lack of workers but it takes ridiculously long 10-15+ min, everytime I come. My orders are typically a single meal, I'd understand the wait if it was a bigger order or there were more orders ahead of mine (never is). A lot of the reviews for this location seem fake/ influenced by the free drink offer once you leave a 5 star review.

  This was a terrible experience. The coleslaw and corn tasted awful, like they were expired, and the chicken was unbelievably salty and greasy. Everything was completely inedible, I ended up throwing the entire order in the garbage. I’m extremely upset that I paid around $80 for this. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from KFC again.
