  It was 9:51 pm. Purchased $20 worth of food at the counter. The customer in front of me asked for a bbq sauce and the staff just gave it to him without charging him. After I saw that, I then asked the staff if I could try one as well. He tried to charge me 70 cents. I told him that I saw him giving it for free to the customer in front of me. He said he knows him. To be a bit more insulting, he was like just pay the 70 cents with a big grin on his face. I would totally respect the firmness he put towards me if he was going to be firm then I guess he better have enough energy to treat everyone equally with respect. This isn’t really about 70 cents. It’s more about the store policy versus the behaviour and conduct of the staff. They should treat everyone fairly without any bias or discriminatory remarks. Doesn’t even give a pack of ketchup when ordered over three bags of French fries. Obviously needed to ask for them. If you don’t ask, then they won’t give. :)

  This is the best KFC! There are quite few along ninth line and markham road, and this one is the best of them all. It’s in a gas station, so it can get a bit tight, but I gotta say, the chicken and fries are always fresh and the employees are polite I will be back

  At 11:10pm on Sunday May 17th me and my boyfriend had arrived to pick up a mobile order from this establishment. We had ordered food 20 minutes ago. We had to wait 15 minutes at the counter before an employee ever came to greet us or give anyone food. We heard laughing in the back as we were waiting. No amount of knocking, loud coughing, or whistling alerted the employees. When we finally caught a glimpse of an employee (my boyfriend made eye contact with him) he made no attempt to acknowledge us, or ask why we were waiting. He came into view 2 more times without every speaking a word to us before I had to loudly ask for our food. This was terrible customer service, and as someone who works in customer service myself find this unprofessional and disrespectful. Please invest in a bell for the front desk, as this has happened to me multiple times at this establishment.
