  Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed a pickup order through the KFC app at 6:17 PM and scheduled it for 6:45 PM. Both the app and email confirmation indicated that my order would be ready at that time. When my family arrived at 6:45 PM, we were told they were waiting for white meat. Despite placing the order nearly an hour in advance, we did not receive our food until 7:20 PM—35 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The purpose of scheduling a pickup order is convenience and reliability. If the restaurant was unable to fulfill the order on time, customers should be notified in advance rather than left waiting. Our family ended up having dinner much later than planned, with no meaningful communication regarding the delay. Management should review how scheduled pickup orders are handled, as this experience was completely unacceptable.

  Post renovation - very good atmosphere, great service and Prinzada was very welcoming and did a great job!
