  Only come here if you have time to wait and wait!!! I made the mistake for not reading the past reviews. I am now waiting almost 1hr for 18pc dinner. Store can't handle large orders. Never coming here again. My name not on the "ready" board anymore. Lost my appetite.

  I came here on July 30, 2026 around 10:30 p.m. approximately. I will be coming back to this location. It’s Fried Chicken. I will wait for just made fresh ones. Not a lot of staff while I was there. The manager/supervisor was professional. I ordered a med/large order last minute. It was closing yet he gave me a heads up of the situation and I was cool with waiting for chicken to be restocked that they didn’t have enough and last minute too! place is clean, have some customers/families eating there at some tables. Some customers came in after me like 15 minutes before closing. The Manager still served them. The hardworking man still served them happily. He went above and beyond with me and the guests after. I took the food home. Tastes so delicious. i go to the Markville mall one a lot. But late nights I will come to this one…….even if earlier on in the day. I honestly prefer KFC over popeyes & definately over churches. My personal preference. The thing the draws me back to them is the spices on the og chicken. Even sometimes salty, I just love it

  Great experience at this KFC! The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made me feel welcome. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and full of flavour. They also recommended the Kwench Shake, and I’m really glad they did, it was very good and the perfect addition to the meal.

  I'm giving the service here a 1 stars. The reason why, is that they need get their act together. Every time I come here around noon, they never have hot and spicy chicken ready. I only come to this location because it offers hot and spicy close by, otherwise I would go to 9th line which is further away. Seriously, have some hot and spicy ready for noon, you have it advertised with a sign as I'm looking through the window and they give some lame excuse why it isn't serve. I think the manager lady need to step up and look aware. It's lunch time, you should have all options available. It's really poor management in a nice renovated KFC. Again, It's lunch hour, you should be fully loaded, step up. If I see adjustment I will gladly update the stars to 5 but this store is getting a total of 3.
