- XGXEvil Ghostsx1 day ago1.0I was charged twice for my food and never got compensated for it, spoke to the head manager. He just didn’t care and was very rude and unprofessional. Was told I’m not getting my money back, and only credit. The charges were about 25 dollars and now they lost a customer for life. KFC needs to do a better job at teaching their employees customer relations

It was frustrating because I simply needed basic utensils and condiments. I hope the staff can be more attentive and provide better customer service in the future.
