  Absolutely unacceptable experience. The app clearly showed the restaurant opened at 9AM, so I placed a pickup order and drove there. When I arrived, I was told the restaurant doesn’t actually open until 10AM and that my order wouldn’t be ready until 10:15AM. Since the restaurant wasn’t even open during its advertised business hours, I immediately requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff told me I would have to wait up to three weeks to get my money back, since they don’t have control over online orders through their OWN STORE APP. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to waste their time and travel based on inaccurate business hours, only to be denied the service they paid for and then be forced to wait weeks for a refund. If you can’t honor the hours you advertise, don’t accept orders during that time and should update your business hours accordingly.

  I visit this location today. There is one Chinese lady in storefront who’s taking order her behaviour is not good. She’s very very rude and she doesn’t know how to talk to the customer please I need to talk to the manager whoever who is the manager is he need to teach the manners said he should know how to talk to the customers very very rude and very bad. Behave.

  I was charged twice for my food and never got compensated for it, spoke to the head manager. He just didn’t care and was very rude and unprofessional. Was told I’m not getting my money back, and only credit. The charges were about 25 dollars and now they lost a customer for life. KFC needs to do a better job at teaching their employees customer relations
