  First time trying this KFC location inside Markville food court, and honestly it was bad. Ordered the 2-piece chicken combo, but the pieces were unusually small, more like 1¼ pieces total! It genuinely looked like the chicken breast had been cut into smaller pieces before frying just to save costs. After reading other reviews mentioning the same issue, I wish I had checked beforehand. Never again!

  Omg this KFC is in the mall one lady who is very slow alone. Takes so long to take order. 35 min to order 20 min to pick up. Please when you come make sure you have one hour here.

  I have been to this KFC a few times, and on several occasions the chicken seemed like it had been left overnight and then reheated. Also, it was quite difficult to ask for basic items such as ketchup and plates. This time was the most ridiculous. I have never seen such small pieces of chicken. The wooden fork was already very small, and the chicken was only about as wide as the fork. I ordered a four-piece meal, but it looked as if one piece of chicken had been cut into at least three pieces. The popcorn chicken portion was also much smaller than usual. The poutine did not have enough cheese or gravy. Also, the chicken this time seemed like it had been fried in oil that was not hot enough, so it came out very greasy.
