  This location is quite nice - food is always good and we are often served by Aaron in the bar area - everyone is attentive and friendly. The only reason 4 starts and not 5 is that I’ve been given the free appt QR code cards for a free app on the next visit, but I go to the page, fill out the form and I never get the email with my free appy code 😕 We go back because we like the pace, not for a freebie - but a freebie as promised would be nice 🥺 *I’m aware this is a HO issue but this is the location I frequent with my parents and where we received the vouchers. They’re seniors and got really frustrated trying to fill that all out to get nothing back.

  We came to Kelsey’s at this location on a Tuesday. Our server named Janelle. It was amazing wonderful dinner experience. The food is well worth our $ and kids eat free at $2 each donation. ( it’s not actually free). Janelle explained that clearly. She is attentive to our experiences and checked on us closely how we were doing. Pretty standard in a dining business. We are happy with the service and food served here tonight. Menu has lots of choices for diners. Overall, the opportunity improvement I would love to see if there would be a digital QR code menu for diners and the new innovative menu.

  First time visiting this location and will definitely be back. From the moment my friend and I walked in, we were cheerfully greeted and seated right away despite it being peak dinner time. We were told about the specials and that our server would be right over. Trevor came to serve us and was fantastic! He made our experience seamless and knew all the right times to check in. We felt very taken care of and that he was happy to help. The food and drinks were perfect, everything was fresh, hot and tasty. Recommend the 4 cheese dip and sweet chill Thai sauce for the wings! Also appreciate that someone who looked like a manager also came by to check on us. Really great and consistent customer service from the whole team! Thank you!!

  We dropped in on a Saturday after 12:00pm. The hostess seated us in a booth by the window. She told us the specials. Then our server came over and her name was Jasmine. Very friendly from beginning to end. I ordered the Mediterranean salmon $25.99 and my hubby ordered the roadhouse pork schnitzel for $24.99. My husband’s pork schnitzel was huge. My rice was dry. I like a sauce on the rice. But the salmon tasted fine. I enjoyed my time and used I used my CAA card for 10% off.

  Our experience at this location was wonderful and the food was really good. Our server Julia had really liven up the experience, she was friendly, helpful, and fast especially since it was incredibly busy with the hockey play offs. She even cracked a couple of jokes. We got the spinach four cheese dip which was incredible creamy and rich. Our table also got a couple of burgers and they were accommodating with any requests such as getting the bacon on the side. Overall I would def recommend coming to Kelseys
