- LLLisa6 days ago1.0I purchased a veggie burger combo with gravy on the side and as per usual the service was good. However, when I got home and opened the bag, I realized the gravy was not there. I called the store right away and explained what happened. The person I spoke said “if that happened, I apologize. I immediately said, “if” and he quickly said “I apologize that it happened.” He asked, “how can I make it right” and I said, “I paid for the gravy and that’s all I would like because I’m not able to come back to the store.” He then asked me for my email address and said he will send me a coupon for the gravy next time. It’s been a day later, and I have not received the email. I really don’t care about the .99c but it’s the principle at this point. If you promised to rectify a situation, you should do just that- after all, it’s my .99c.
