- HLH L5 days ago1.0The staff is friendly but this Harvey's AND Swiss Chalet messed up my orders this summer. The burgers had the wrong toppings and my sisters onion rings were not included at all. I do not blame staff on duty since maybe someone was having an off day or it was their first week. When you take this to complain online there is no compensation for the rip-off. I go to my local wendys once every two months, and have for years and they have NEVER messed up an order. That's two for two at this Markland location, the Swiss Chalet and the Harvey's. At the Swiss Chalet we had a two can dine, the order was for one white meat and one dark meat. We got home and realized they were both dark meat but we had paid extra for the one white meat. It is not a good economy to be ripping off customers when they are going for a special treat for dinner. My family and I will not be giving this location another chance. It's sad because Harvey's and Swiss Chalet used to be great Canadian restaurants in the 90s and I assume before then too.
