The staff seems to purposely destroy your food if you don’t tip so that u wouldn’t want to come back. I used to tip them then I didn’t the last 2 times, and they gave me the stale food instead. Last time I came here they handed me the food and it was 5 minutes before closing they rushed me out and told me to leave when I was with children. We were already done, I was just in the middle of grabbing their coats when the guy practically kicked us out saying it’s closing when it wasn’t yet which I found disrespectful. I did notice that as I was leaving because they rushed me, some guy came in and they said they’re closed, the guy gave them a tip and then they allowed him to stay. The other times I always tipped they never bothered me. It’s the same guys who are always there and it seems they all have a system against customers. I wouldn’t come back anymore.

It is ridiculous that grown men flipping burgers expect a tip for what is essentially a kid's entry-level job.Once I stopped tipping, the staff's attitude and the food quality plummeted immediately. If you do not tip, expect hostile stares and intentionally ruined food. Over my last few visits, they have consistently given me the worst parts of the ingredients: hard, inedible lettuce chunks, and the tough top/bottom end slices of tomatoes. When I stopped ordering those toppings, they started giving me cold, stale fries.They also try to ruin your food out of spite by overloading it with strong sauces like mustard or HP sauce to drown out the flavor. One time they literally loaded my burger with 20 pickles just to mess with my order.To top it off, today they completely messed up my order. I specifically ordered a cheeseburger, but they gave me a hamburger instead. When I pointed out the mistake, they completely refused to fix it. As a Muslim, I do not eat or order pork, so an error like this being ignored is completely unacceptable and disrespectful.The fake smiles disappear the moment you don't tip, and the level of petty discrimination toward non-tipping customers is ridiculous. Save your money and avoid this location.
