  I usually enjoy Chipotle and consider it one of the better fast-food options, but my experience at this location yesterday was disappointing. The food was extremely salty—much more than I’ve experienced at other Chipotle locations. It was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy the meal. I’m not sure if this was just an issue with the preparation that day, but I hope the location can look into the seasoning and consistency. I would be happy to return if the food quality improves.

  What happened to the Filipino crew that was there before??? Those guys were friendly, quick and they gave a reasonable amount! Now, we are stuck with a slow crew who does not know what’s going on. I ordered 3 tacos and a bowl. The person literally puts my 3 tacos IN the bowl. I had to slow motion to take the tacos OUT of the bowl. In addition, I had to tell the server that I wanted MORE lettuce instead of doing a dash of lettuce. I asked 3 times before getting an amount equal to what we get on a Big Mac. The biggest issue now is that the meat tasted horrible. No salt, no seasoning. No wonder they don’t give you much. Stay away from this place.

  This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to because they are shameless about giving you less than you pay for. I was recently there during a BOGO event and was angered over the way my bowl was built. I wasn’t participating in the BOGO, not that it should matter, and when I ordered my food the worker put about 2/3 the normal amount of beans. I don’t get rice but I could see they were putting very little rice in the other people’s bowls before me. Then I asked for the sautéed peppers/onions and she put a scant amount, 3 strips of green peppers and a couple of onion strips?! About a quarter of what I would usually expect. I asked for some more and she told me “that’s all we are giving because it’s BOGO”. What?!?! What does that have to do with the amount in bowl? BOGO means you get to for the price of one. Why would they give you less? In my case, I was just buying one, so why am I getting a partial bowl? I know what you’re thinking, then just order 2 and pay the price of one but I wasn’t wearing whatever they needed to qualify for the deal. This is a terrible way of doing business and shows how unethical the owners are to direct staff to give people less during a corporate-directed sale event. I want to like Chipotle but this is distasteful.

  This location is not what it used to be 2 years ago. They are always messing up my order and forgetting something. Last i ordered was in july and they forgot to add extra cheese. Today they forgot to add corns to my bowl. This is really frustrating. I ordered takeout so its not like i can have them fix it.

  For some reason, every other chipotle has better chicken than this one. Ive probably eaten here over 50 times since it is beside my work. Had never tried other chipotle locations until recently. Thought it was a fluke at first, but after now trying several other chipotle locations, I can confirm that their chicken is significantly below standard. Not sure if it's the way they cook it, or cut it, but it's drastically different
