    NEVER ORDER UBER EATS CHIPOTLE AT THIS LOCATION. IVE NEVER GOTTEN AN ORDER MORE WRONG SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. THE PERSSON THAT WORKS DELIVERY IS JUST EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. we ordered two burrito bowls with a total of $45 on uber eats. 1. first bowl ordered no cheese and we payed extra for cilantro lime sause - IM LACTOSE INTOLERANT THERES SO MUCH CHEESE MORE THAN RICE - Left out the cilantro lime which was $1.50 EXTRA 2. Second bowl ordered no beans and no corn - BOTH WERE ADDED MAYBE EVEN EXTRA BEANS IT TURNED INTO SOUP i am extremely disappointed as i am allergic to beans so unfortunately i could not even eat this bowl. with all honestly ive never seen a restaurant mess up this bad, this could have ended terribly if i didnt see the beans and ended up in the hospital.

    The staff at this restaurant have a very poor attitude. Although there were not many customers in the restaurant, the employees worked very inefficiently. They also paid little attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Not only is the service slow, but the food hygiene standards are also very poor. The food quality is disappointing, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

    My child offered "honey chicken". After trying it, she realized it was spicy. We spoke to the counter and they did not offer a replacement. We simply had to buy another one. I didn't like it but I was fine with it. I went to fill my pop, to realize that the soda machine doesn't work. Only the water works. Yet they still sell sodas! They're "out of straws". The soap dispenser at the family bathroom doesn't work. The faucet is hooked up backwards, so the right side is scorching hot. Glad it was me that used it and not my toddler. Trying to exit the store with a stroller, I realized the handicap button doesn't work. How is this place still open?

    I come to this location quite often and although I find the food to be quite consistent, the service and overall line management is HORRENDOUS! I have, many times, stood in like for 20+ minutes with only 4 customers ahead of me. They will constantly have one person making the food and nobody on cash, which causes a pile up of customers waiting to pay for their food. None of the staff seem to take ownership of their roles either and will just keep yelling out "cash please" and no one will show up. The service levels need SERIOUS improvement. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a meal at a quick service restaurant.

    We had to return our order twice because there were bugs in the food. I later noticed another review reporting a similar issue, which makes this especially concerning. After leaving, we checked the refund receipt and found that we had not been refunded the full amount we paid. This was a very disappointing experience and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's food safety, quality control, and customer service standards.
