  I tried to use my welcome reward for free chips and guacamole. The employee scanned my rewards account, but there appeared to be a glitch with their register. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they told me that the reward had already been redeemed, even though I can assure you that I had not used it. I asked them to scan my rewards account again to see if that would fix the issue, but they refused and did not seem interested in trying to find a solution. Since the reward was not going through, I told them that I no longer wanted the chips and guacamole because I did not want to be charged for them. However, they still left the charge on my order, so I ended up paying extra for something I specifically asked to have removed. When I went back to the cashier to explain that I had been incorrectly charged and needed a refund, I was met with an annoyed and dismissive attitude. The refund also took an unnecessarily long time to process. Overall, DONT COME HERE 0/10

  The restaurant was very dirty and full of flies. It was extremely disgusting, and the flies were everywhere. We complained to the manager, who was very nice and apologetic.

  This Chipotle location was filthy.I saw one employee coughing while serving customers. On top of that, the food was awful, the portions were much smaller than at other Chipotle locations, and the staff were extremely rude. it was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be returning. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Found bugs flying around but I don't think it effects the food but the portions were way smaller than any other chiplote restaurant, but the service and people were nice. I also appreciate how the manager replys here and give feedback to show customer service.

  Disappointed I with my lunch today. I ordered a Chicken plate when the lady gave me my scoop of chicken it was not not even half full. When I asked her for a full scoop she got upset and proceeded to a two more small pieces of chicken and and gave me the ugliest look then moving forward when adding cheese and lettuce was given a pinch of each. Then after her and her co-worker looking at each other like I am the problem. This was really disrespectful. I am paying $20 for my plate I at least expect a proper portion of meat. Really disappointing as I seen the other people in line being given proper portions. The staff need to be trained better on customer service. I understand its busy but all people need to be treated fairly. Do better I don't have these issue at other locations
