  Awful Experience With One Employee The employee who served me today was easily the worst part of my experience he was south Asian, had a slight beard, did not have glasses and one right earring. From the moment I got to the counter, he had a terrible attitude and acted like he couldn’t wait to get rid of me. He kept rushing me through my order instead of actually taking the time to serve me properly. What made it worse was that he didn’t even ask whether I wanted the complimentary toppings, leaving me confused about which toppings were included and which ones cost extra. A basic explanation would have taken literally a few seconds, but apparently even that was too much effort for him. I’ve never had an employee make ordering food feel so unnecessarily unpleasant. If you hate interacting with customers that much, customer service probably isn’t the right job. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s attitude because one rude employee can easily ruin the entire experience. The food was less than normal, dealing with this particular employee was enough to make me not want to return to this location.

  Got some burrito bowls with friends but the male employee (20s South Asian) seemed keen on rushing us through only with rice, protein and salsa. We were rushed to the end of the counter no joke. All three of us had to ask separately about the veggies and corn that was included because they weren’t offered or mentioned. The only toppings he seemed interested in were the paid ones. $15-$18 a bowl to be offered only protein rice and salsa be so for real Not sure if this is a training issue, management issue or just an interpretation of Chipotle

  I enjoyed chipotle usually, but today’s experience is just BAD! Why is everything so salty in a salad bowl! It’s insanely disgusting and expensive considering the portion and quality. Will never go back

  Awful taste-had honey chicken burrito bowl and chicken tacos. They pile a lot of stuff in the tray but it’s all soggy and tastes awful. Like old chicken and cheap veggies. I know it’s fast food, but it shouldn’t taste like junk. Maybe only this location?…

  Ordered a steak burrito today and when I opened it up, the burrito was in the shape of Square instead of a rectangle like a burrito is supposed to be. Tried to eat it, and the whole burrito fell apart. You guys really need to learn how to wrap a burrito properly !!! whoever wrapped it had no idea what they were doing. And for the prices that you guys are paying, make sure you guys have ice for your fountain pop…. The ice was out . They did offer me ice that they had to get from the back and put it in a cup for me, which was very nice but people like Ice for the fountain drink, especially when they’re paying the prices that they’re paying at your store. Also, your queso cheese sauce is very thick not good at all.
