- MAMorgan AmandaSep 25, 20262.0I was excited to get Chipotle again after a long while and opted for their hard shell tacos and unfortunately within a 2 min drive back to my work, they were all completely soggy.. the salsa was put on way to heavy or else this may have been avoided. The man serving me skipped right passed the fajita veggies and queso even though I wanted some.. was not friendly.. pointed rudely at the options I was inquiring about, as I am not a regular customer.. no body was friendly or wished my friends and I a good day. Would definitely choose anywhere but here unless you don't care about half ass service and no care into what they're doing.

Portion size was so disrespectful, I had to leave my order there. My final straw was ... I asked to add the chilli lime chips & queso, he said 'we don't have it' & walked away without question/conversation/alternatives. I just walked away and left the order .

- AMAshley MoodieSep 12, 20265.0I’m actually in disbelief by all these bad reviews because clearly we are NOT eating at the same Chipotle! 😂😂 This location is BY FAR my favourite and honestly the only Chipotle location that still tastes good. I make it a point to try new locations when they open, and I was recently disappointed by the Golden Mile location at Victoria Park and Eglinton. The difference is REAL. I don’t know what they’re doing at this location, but PLEASE keep doing it! 😂 This place has been open for a while and somehow still tastes good. Other locations? 👀 Not so much. And no, I don’t need to drown my bowl in guacamole to make it taste good. 😂 The food here actually tastes good on its own! As for portion sizes, I genuinely don’t understand those complaints either. You’re literally standing there watching your food being made. If you want more, JUST ASK FOR MORE! 😂 And if something is wrong with your order, call the store and address it. Simple. I absolutely LOVE this location and I will stand ten toes down on this: THEY DO NOT ALL TASTE THE SAME! 😂😂 Y’all can keep giving this location bad reviews. That just means there’s more good Chipotle for me. 🤷🏾♀️😂 10/10. Would recommend.
- NANavin ArjunSep 11, 20262.0The staff today at 5pm were horrible. I ordered 1 bowl, a burrito and 2 kids meals. They were more focused on serving the person behind me than getting my order right. They started putting the wrong ingredients in, and had to request they start over. Got to the car, to find to find They missed items. When I asked them to slow down, the girl ignored me and kept serving people behind me.
