- KKkrystal1 day ago2.0This is my first and last time eating at this Chipotle. This location was very stingy with their portions but the service was excellent. I ordered a steak bowl at this location with my usual toppings. However, it was very hard to eat as my bowl was literally disintegrating from the salsa. They only put the juices of the salsa making the whole bowl soggy and unpleasant to eat.

- ANAlka NainJun 29, 20261.0I visited the Markville Chipotle , and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle.I only chose four ingredients for my bowl and politely asked for a little extra cheese. Instead of helping, the manager (I believe his name was Harry/Herry) immediately told me I would have to pay extra. When I asked if I could speak to the manager, he replied that he was the General Manager. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and there was no effort to provide good customer service or explain the policy respectfully. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, and this was by far the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. Very disappointing management.

She is always kind no matter how busy the store is and she never fails to make me smile. I've become a regular and I think she already knows what I want the second I walk in but she still remains the professional employee she is and asks "What can I get for you?" I would give this Chipotle 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

We ate just one bowl and keep another. I am recommending everyone.who are genuinely wants to eat good food and don't want to complain after eating the whole bowl...
