  Swung by the Markham BK on my lunch break and was back at my desk in under ten minutes. Whopper was hot, fries actually crispy for once, and the combo didn't gut my wallet. Same flame-grilled taste every single time I roll through. Staff's quick and doesn't mess up my no-pickles ask. Solid.

  Visited this location yesterday and It seems the kitchen staff are incompetent at handling an afternoon rush which is disappointing in any kitchen. The slightest modification on an item and it seems like people I have to repeat themselves a few times to make sure the order is right. Some of the staff looked like they didn’t even want to be at work. A manager looking figure came out to the front and looked like he could learn how to put on a fake smile.

  The experience at this place is getting worse. Over the last two months, it seems like they’ve cut down on staff. Every time I go through the drive-thru at lunch, it takes 15 to 20 minutes just to get my food. As a fast-food restaurant, you shouldn’t sacrifice customer wait times just to boost your profit margins.

  Avoid this location at ALL COSTS -‼️❗️❗️‼️Came to the drive thru at 3:05 am and the order is still not ready as I’m typing this message. It’s already 3:45am. Either they’re busy just not making the order or their just messing around. Extremely unprofessional service, would recommend going to a Burger King with professional customer service. Unacceptable service for 40 minutes they should start paying their customers for their “hours worked” in the drive thru line up 😭😭😭😭

  Princess and Felix were so understanding! I placed a mobile order but the drive thru line was up to the entrance. I had my really young baby and I was getting so overwhelmed (she also had an appointment) that I decided to come back later. Upon coming back (about 5 hours later), both Princess and Felix helped me without any trouble. They also replaced it no questions asked as so much time passed. I am writing this as I just picked up my order today (mother’s day) and I was on time this time lol. The young man at the window was so nice as well. Thank you to this team for your dedication in providing excellent service.
