  I have dined in before it’s amazing there I loved it they are very great to me usually they have great services when owing polite to customers I would go all the time if possible haven’t been in awhile because of my situation earning it

  It takes a special level of incompatice to mess up a McDouble especially when there was no one else in the drive through or in the store. They had 0 reason to rush or anything that stands out as to why they'd mess up making the McDouble. To be clear there was no special requests either. The McDouble didn't have ketchup, Pickles, Onions and had an insane amount of pepper. It was 2 patties drenched in pepper, cheese and two buns. Another standout was while in the drive through they said that's everything and handed up one bag and I stopped and told the passenger in my vehicle to check the beg because it didn't seem right sure enough that McDouble was missing. Very disappointed especially because my favorite part of the McDouble is the pickles and onions...

  This morning (Sat., Apr. 11/26) between 9:30 and 10, I had a great drive through experience at the Lucan McDs. The person who took my order was exceptionally cheerful and efficient. The person who took my order was the same, making eye contact, giving a real smile and asking cheerfully after my day. Finally, I think an MOD, cheerfully gave me the order. They truly were exceptional. The day was already sunny at that point, but Lucan McD simply added to it. The only thing I find with this McDs is they are a tad slow from time to time. However, I give them a 5 because their cheerful, helpful service counts a lot with me. Thank you
