Tried for the first time the other night, and can confidently say its not worth it. Instantly after walking in, you’re met with unnecessarily loud music, harsh lighting, and an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. Music was so loud while I was ordering, I felt like I was yelling.
My friends and I waited over thirty minutes for our combined orders when there weren’t many people in front of us when we arrived, and several people who ordered after us came and left by the time we got the food.
We were unanimously disappointed in the quality of food. My friends had more simple complaints, along the lines of “this isn't worth the $20 we paid”, but I on the other hand got a completely separate order then what I asked for, and along with that, there was hair in the food. I went back in and got a refund, the manager was incredible and offered to remake the food for me. I was very grateful, and took the offer. I would have just left it at that, however once I got home with the new order, I found MORE hair in my order.
Manager and customer service was great, but the quality of food and health awareness (lack of) is just something I couldn't get past.
The service was great. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Resturant was clean and tidy with some almost too loud music but enjoyable. The food however a resounding disapointment. The portions are small and the chicken is dry. Most sauces taste like someone described the idea of flavour to the company and they just ran with it. Honey Garlic isnt honey or garlic flavoured. Just sweet. The koren bbq and mango habenro lack the depth associated with the existing products with the same flavour profile. Over all a mid experience.
We (fam with kids) went here last April 24, 2026 and ordered the Game Night bundle 16 boneless wings and 6 crispy tenders, large fries and 3 dips.
6 chicken tenders - 3 Hawaiian and 3 Honey Garlic (they were not crispy like the description on the Game Night bundle)
16 boneless wings - 8 garlic Parmesan and 8 lemon pepper
Dips: ranch, blue cheese and cheese sauce
Did not order any spicy as fam is not a fan of spicy. I wanted to order but I lost the vote.
FOOD
The fries were 6/10. The fries were okay they were still hot which made it okay, but it was only a side. Nothing much to say about it.
The tenders. They were not crispy. A solid 6/10. GV chicken tenders would have been crispier. The flavors were good. I liked the Hawaiian because it was sweet.
Mouthfeel: 7.5/10
The chicken tenders were cooked. Wasn't hot (now, I wonder if they just reheated my order?!) Food rating changed from 3 to 2.
The boneless wings were okay. The flavor carried it. Liked the Garlic parm 8/10 but the lemon pepper was so-so 5/10.
Mouthfeel: 8/10
The small bites made it fun.
Note: DJ fumbled the transitions so many times me and my gen z were looking at each other uncomfortably.
Overall, (i checked with spouse and confirmed that the chicken was not hot, like it was reheated or something) 3 of 5. Will come back because I haven't tasted any of the other flavors. Would have been 2 of 5 because of the c/old chicken but the flavor saved it.

This was our first time trying this restaurant and my husband and I were beyond impressed.
First off - Sergio, the gentleman who served us, was pleasant, informative and patient as this was our first try. He made suggestions:
-the buffalo loaded fry was AWESOME. It tastes just like a chicken wing.
-different sauce combinations.
He made our experience great! He was very engaging and was exceptional at his job. Sergio, thank you for your excellent service!
The atmosphere in here is great- lots of color, good music, and the inside of the restaurant is just so different, it was great to see! We especially loved the spray painted portrait on the dining area wall.
The food was awesome. The fries (I am picky about restaurant fries) were crispy and tasted very fresh. I ordered the Parm fries and they were tasty! The fries are also not greasy at all. My husband got the buffalo loaded fry and was stunned by how yummy it was. He also ordered the classic wings and they were delicious. The boneless bites were very crispy, even the sauces ones.
Over all, for new customers it was a 10/10 and worth the hour drive!!

I had tried Wing Stop for the first time. It is located beside Five Guys and a Burger at the Hyland Centre business plaza that has a big Best Buy store on Richmond Street and Fanshawe Park Road across from Cadillac Fairview Masonville Place. The only thing I like is the chicken tenders as it has a good amount of dressing and marinated seasoning. Other than the chicken tenders and I heard their corn is okay. Besides those items, everything just taste so mediocre. Reason why I rated this 2 Stars besides 1 Star since they improve more of the quality control as the hype slowly faded down. It is so ironic and low intelligence quotient of a huge line up during the brutal Canadian winter just for overprice chicken wings with fries and a drink. Meanwhile, Five Guys and a Burger beside them have better quality and more cleaner. Whenever a big American fast food chain opens that is coming to the Canadian market. They go crazy for those kind of hypes. After over a month, the hype faded away and it is nothing special anymore just a franchise chicken wing franchise that is the same towards Chic-Fil-A and other foreign fast food franchises. Where is the Elbows Up 🇨🇦? I thought Canadians are supporting and buying Canadian products? We are buying American products and supporting their business? There are local chicken joints in this Canadian city of London, Ontario that has better chicken than WingStop. There is Mary Brown’s that taste a lot of better and they have better chicken wings for a good price than here. I only come here because my relative wants to try this. It is reasonable for me to type this review as I give this place a try, but it is not worth the price at the end of the day. For a better alternative, there is Katsu Express, BTRMLK, Dave’s Kyle’s Fried Chicken and local businesses. In the end, I would not come back here and I would rather dine at Five Guys and a Burger beside them. Inside the restaurant, it lights are so dim and feels like night club mainly green and black. I would not recommend WingStop. Would I come here again or recommend this to a friend? No! Is it worth the try and the price? No! The food is mediocre and it is just chicken wings at the end. Invest your money elsewhere.
