  Our experience was absolutely elevated by the staff. The lady that welcomed us, and walked us through the menu. Amazing. Dude with the dreads: we appreciated you too. Food wise: Wings came hot and fast. Had the classic, and to be clear they are a true buffalo style unbreaded fried wing. The taste of the butter was positively noticeable on the dry rub wings. The honey-garlic: you taste real honey. The atomic had a nice flavor to it, and it's an approachable hot sauce, but not anywhere near a challenge level. I think EVERYONE can slide their heat tolerance a little higher than the heat map indicated on the board. The mediums are definitely mild, and the mild are flavorful but not picante ("spicy") at all. I was reluctant to try the place after it got killed by early bad reviews, but I'm glad we did. Fed a family of three with leftovers for $50.

  ⭐️ A Big Shout-Out to Wingstop Richmond! 🍗 Our first time at Wingstop, and what a wonderful experience! A special shout-out to Almandra, who was so patient and helpful in explaining all the flavours and guiding us on what to order. She made our first visit so easy and enjoyable! Also, Sarjeol was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. When he realized our order was a little different, he kindly gave us some extra wings. Such thoughtful hospitality! ❤️ The food, ambiance, and taste were all too good, but the hospitality was truly top-notch. And guys… it’s 100% HALAL! 🙌 Definitely worth a visit. Big shout-out to the whole team! 👏

  We had a bit of a mix-up with our order, as not all of our food was given to us initially and we had to go back to get the rest. That said, the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the experience. Sergio especially went above and beyond to work with us and make sure we received a full refund. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding, which we really appreciated. Despite the issue with our order, the excellent customer service definitely made a difference. We would still happily come back again!

  Had an amazing experience at this establishment before a long trip. The food was hot and delicious, not to mention halal. The pricing is great for the amount of food, and there are multiple options for flavours and sides substitution. We tried the Atomic, Mango Habanero and Sweet Honey, all great. The server (Aug 16 4:40pm) was friendly and went above and beyond to deliver the best possible dining experience for us, and gladly accomodated our request. Great vibes. The resto is themed and does have a spacious environment. Props to our server!

  Honestly, such a great experience! The food was loaded with SO much flavor, and everything we ordered was really good. You can definitely tell they don’t hold back when it comes to seasoning and sauces. But honestly, what stood out the most was the service. My boyfriend and I received some of the kindest and most genuine service we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The general manager, Sergio, was seriously such a sweet and generous person. He made us feel so welcomed and comfortable from the moment we got there. We actually had so much fun ordering because there were jokes and good conversation the whole time. It didn’t feel like one of those quick interactions where you order your food and leave. The atmosphere was super relaxed and friendly, which made the whole experience that much better. I’ve never been to Wingstop before, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was honestly what made it memorable. Shoutout to Sergio for making our visit such a fun time! Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for delicious wings and an even better experience. ❤️✨
