  Standardna brza hrana koja je bila zadovoljavajuća i kvalitetno pripremljena. Meni je bilo zadovoljstvo iskušati i osjetiti neke nove okuse pa mi se svidjelo i bilo je ukusno.

  I’ve never had an issue with this location before but I went this last Friday and was disappointed with the service. I was seeing a movie at 11am so I wanted to see if the food court was open about 20mins before and Thai Express and all the other restaurants were open in the food court. I believe they open at 10:30am? The staff was obviously still setting up so I didn’t mind if they took longer to prepare the food, but the staff didn’t seem fully into their shift yet. The female cashier was friendly and I asked for a tofu cashew stir fry medium spice and she pulled it up on the till and then I was waiting to pay but she was looking down. I thought maybe she was prepping the machine as there was no interact machine in my side of the counter. I waited a few moments and then she put her phone to the side, onto the food prep area. She was watching a TikTok. So that was a bit unprofessional and unhygienic to have her phone on the food prep counter. Besides that things seemed smooth. I waited for my food and I received it in time to eat before my film started. I opened the food and rather than tofu it was chicken! I don’t eat meat so I was pretty upset. I went back to the counter and asked the cashier what the meat was in my food and she said chicken, I said I asked for tofu. No apology was given for a big dietary mistake. So I reverified what I wanted, tofu cashew story fry and she said “no spice?” and I said “I asked for medium” she confirmed. Another person’s food was being cooked so then I had to wait longer. They remade my food and did not offer a refund for their mistake. I then had to rush to eat my food as my movie was about to start and there was no spice in my food. So very disappointed that the female cashier was distracted on her phone while taking my order, and then idk if she washed her hands after touching her phone before touching the ingredients for my meal. After looking at the reviews it seems like there are some consistent hygiene problems. Upsetting because as someone with a dairy allergy and I don’t eat meat, Thai express is super convenient when at the mall. Might have to think twice before going next time. Especially because they had just opened and were not busy.

  Don't eat here. We both became sick after eating at this restaurant and have been ill for two days. Based on our experience, I believe there may be serious hygiene or sanitation issues. 🤢🤮🤕

  Rui and the Chef. For anyone reading this Rui and the chef were an absolute delight. It was around 8pm, and the staff here were incredibly busy, none-stop all day, and it was HOT. 38 with humidity today outside and you could tell it was HOT behind that oven. Non-stop cooking. You could also tell these folks have worked hard all day, and it showed. Even in the midst of working with all that heat, and the continuous like of patrons, Rui was still an absolute pleasure. Big high five and thumbs up to these two employees. Exceptional.
