- DMDonald MacGouganJun 10, 20265.0Rui and the Chef. For anyone reading this Rui and the chef were an absolute delight. It was around 8pm, and the staff here were incredibly busy, none-stop all day, and it was HOT. 38 with humidity today outside and you could tell it was HOT behind that oven. Non-stop cooking. You could also tell these folks have worked hard all day, and it showed. Even in the midst of working with all that heat, and the continuous like of patrons, Rui was still an absolute pleasure. Big high five and thumbs up to these two employees. Exceptional.
- KKKMay 12, 20261.0We used to order here all the time since I work in the mall but the last 2 times I went by, the older gentleman (who does the cooking) had his finger deep up inside his nose. These incidents happened 3 weeks from each other. He is probably the owner but someone needs to explain to him this is not OK. Sadly we will no longer be customers.

This location makes it totally different. Also, they literally forgot about my wife's order. It was 22 minutes from the time she ordered to when it was ready. For mall fast food, that's far too long. I was almost done my meal from another restaurant before she got hers.

I ordered the Thai Basil Fried Rice with beef to go, and it was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. It’s a great spot for a quick, semi-healthy meal or even a casual lunch date. The prices are reasonable, and one thing I really enjoy is that they cook everything right in front of you. It’s always nice being able to watch your food being made fresh. Overall, a solid choice when you’re at the mall. Keep it up, Thai Express!
