  The past three times I've been here, the chalupa flatbread was so stale it cracked and crumbled like a hardshell taco when bitten into. Is the Luxe box not their biggest menu combo seller? And the very last (literally, I'm not returning) time I went here, I went into the restaurant to order. It seemed like a bit of a busy day, the drive thru was packed, but the front of house wasn't, had like 3 people. I got a Luxe box as usual. It took over 35 minutes to be served. They were prioritizing the drive thru over the counter on a basis of like 6-8cars to one counter. It was absurd. Terrible. A final experience to a history of mid service and stale food from this location. When tacobell is served right it's enjoyable, but I've avoided it most of my life cause it was always served poorly, and so we return to form.

  Ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla. I asked for no chipotle. Got home and it's covered in it. Super disappointing because I confirmed with the girl who took my order. This is the second time they have made the modifications incorrectly.

  Came in at 610pm.....only people in store and nobody in drive through. After 10 minutes I had to say "Hello" and they said they will be right with me. Then I ordered. It's 627pm and I'm still waiting. Nobody in drive through and 5 workers. Some girls came in and are still waiting to be served. Horribly run with not courteous staff. Not fast food and not good service. I rarely write bad reviews so take that as you will. 629pm now....we just got our food. Our fast food.

  I ordered a Crunchwrap combo (quarter of it was stale), and my fries were missing. I went back and waited in line again, only to be told the fries were already put in and they remember doing so. When I responded, the tone quickly changed and I was suddenly offered new ones. I only came back because I didn’t receive what I paid for. My life is not low enough to wait behind multiple cars just to scam yall with a free box of fries. Then in the photo is what they gave me… McDonald’s small fries offer more 😂😂

  Very disappointed with my experience. I’m a vegetarian, and this is the third time this location has given me beef instead of the bean option that was clearly ordered. This time it was my Crunchwrap, which was supposed to be with beans. When I went back to the counter, the staff member casually said, “Oh yeah, we gave you beef,” even though the order was punched in as beans. On top of that, she charged me for an extra dip that I never asked for. Instead of refunding it, she just said I could take it. I was willing to overlook that, but serving beef to a vegetarian is completely unacceptable, especially when this has already happened multiple times at the same location. All she did was replace the Crunchwrap with a bean one, and the whole process took so long that my 15-minute lunch break turned into 45 minutes. What made it even worse was that there was no apology at all. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of care, accountability, and respect for customers’ dietary preferences is extremely frustrating. After three times, this location really needs to pay more attention to orders.
