  Today I came into taco bell for a quesadilla. Upon grabbing the food, I noticed workers in the back inspecting my quesadilla and seemed to be trying to figure out if it was wrong. As I get the quesadilla, the entirety of it is cold, not melted and falling apart. It is completely covered in cheese on the outside and I was only given 3 sliced wedges when normally I have always received 4. The chicken is old and tasted rubber. I’m super displeased about this experience and how poorly my food was made.

  Great food, outstanding customer service, and a clean environment—this is easily one of the best places to eat. A special thank you to Yashvi for her warm, friendly service and excellent communication. She made my visit even more enjoyable with her welcoming attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal!

  Yesterday between 12am and 1am i had a bad experience at the drive thru where i had pre-ordered to pickup at this location and after saying the order number they say it takes 10mins to get ready and I patiently wait in the parking lot and after 10-20mins i go and ask they say the order was give to some one else who said my order number(#175B4) and took it. These people didnt offer me an alternative here for this even though i had a uber pickup details on my phone. They didn't even care to apologise and finally i told them i will deal with this from Uber end and left. This kinda service I would say is below par. I have informed the same on Uber and went to tahinis who were spot on and ready to be picked up.

  Today, I was very disappointed with the service. I’m a regular Taco Bell customer, and I went there around 11:00 p.m. after a long day to pick up dinner. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong meal. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the correct order. They told me I could keep the incorrect meal and replaced only the tacos. I politely asked if they could also remake the fries since they had become cold by the time I returned because of their mistake, but the employee refused. I understand that mistakes happen, but I don’t think it’s fair that I had to spend extra time and gas to come back because of an error that wasn’t mine, and then be told they couldn’t replace the cold fries. I expected better customer service and a little more consideration for the inconvenience.
