  Placed a mobile order, went through the drive-thru and was told to come inside. Waited until I got out of the drive-thru line, parked and went inside, my order was sitting on the counter ready. Got home only to find out they didn't include the caramel apple empanada I paid for and included no sauces (which were requested). I don't know if the staff is just incompetant or they're thieves but i'm going to pass on this location in the future.

  My first negative review. I received the wrong food again. My fault for coming back a year plus later. But you know when you get a craving for Taco Bell and you can’t shake it?! I took a chance lol. They’ve updated the interior since I’ve been in last time but it’s the same problems. No ice, dirty drink machine, the order screens don’t all work, no signs to say out of order. 3 other people were waiting for food corrections at the same time. 🫤 Waited 25 mins for my order because they lost the intake sheet (I understand that part- it did show up and then my order was given to someone else at the drive thru. I understand that could happen! But when they made my order again -it was wrong and we didn’t have another 25 mins to wait😑) I ordered 2 hard taco supremes. I received two soft tacos no lettuce no sour cream. I know! First world problems…I gave up and left because everyone else was done eating by then and we had a destination. I suggest trying a different franchise.

  Don't waste your time at this location. Unfortunately, it is a horrible location. In the drive through for thirty two minutes, it was not busy at all. I was starting my order. And the lady told me to hold on a minute 10 minutes later, she came back to take my order. Then, I sat at the window for another 15. The ladies tosses me, my food, I ask for the pop, was, I mean, she stood there and talked to her her co-workers, she could have been getting the pop. Then, she gives us pop, and it's not even filled to the marker, I didn't take a drink out of it yet. And she didn't even mark the cup, so I have no idea which one's diet. And which one isn't, they weren't even busy? I would not waste my money or time at this location and hyde park. I thought when they were doing the. Renovations that this location would have turned around. It's the first time i've returned back to this location since the renovations were done and assuming new ownership

  The food has always been good, expect I had ordered nacho fries and there was absolutely no nacho powder on it. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food while watching the staff in the back doing nothing. The staff were giving bad looks to each other and there was so much attitude. I do not recommend.

  Not a great experience at all, Tonight around 10:15pm I walked into the store to order my food I waited about 10 minutes just to order, The blonde lady that was working was very rude not a hello she barked at me and said “One minute” I then asked her to unlock the bathroom and she yelled and said you have to push it. I ended up leaving the store and going through the drive through, The other lady working was very polite and apologized for her co-workers actions.
