  The worst restaurant I ever seen I waited like 40 minutes for uber order and they said after thirds round in drive thru that we can’t make any order you have to cancel like is it normal I don’t think that’s the business we want I kindly want from uber service to cancel their service tnx .

  This is so bad. They missed a part of my order and when I called to tell them, they were being very hostile towards me. They got defensive and cut the call. This is INSANE coming from a fast food place.

  Awful costumer service, employees are lazy and slow, on Thursday Sept 24,2026 all Indian employees were chatting with each others while only one employee (white guy) was working cleaning the floor. And they do it all the time. These employees are very rude, careless and mean with delivery food drivers. Make them wait and wait for their order. Telling then that their order will be ready in 2 minutes and take over 10 min, can’t even give an accurate time for waiting, and at night ask divers to come back over and over through the drive through. Besides that they always forget to give something in the order, food and drinks and constantly costumers get upset. This is unacceptable, hire employees who actually want to work and not waste others time.

  I placed my online order at around 1:10 a.m., but the status kept saying that my order was still being prepared. It stated that online orders were accepted until 1:30 a.m., while the store itself closes at 2:00 a.m. I waited patiently, but I eventually became extremely frustrated because the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back from 2:24 a.m. all the way to 3:08 a.m. I kept checking the status and waiting, only to see the delivery time constantly changing. I was craving this food, especially because I’m pregnant, and I was really looking forward to my order. It honestly felt like my order was intentionally delayed because the staff wanted to close the store early. This is extremely disappointing and upsetting. If online orders are accepted until 1:30 a.m., customers should be able to expect their orders to be properly prepared and fulfilled. Keeping a customer waiting for hours while continuously changing the delivery time is unacceptable. This was a terrible customer experience and reflects very poor management and customer service. I understand that things can happen, but customers deserve to be informed instead of being left waiting indefinitely.

  Doesnt seem like manager is a problem, but the portion sizes here are ridiculously small compared to other Taco Bells around town. You get half a fri supreme for $8 and half your burrito will be flat even if its an $8 burrito. Disappointing service to say the least. I dont recommend this Taco Bell to anyone thats wants a proper portion size for your money. Masonville Taco Bell gives you proper portion sizes. Go there instead.
