My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet, and I really wanted to take the time to recognize two people who made our visit exceptional Peppy and Manager Reyid. Peppy was our server, and she was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, professional, and attentive. She made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers and always checked in at exactly the right time without ever making us feel rushed. She had such a positive attitude and a great personality, and you could tell she truly cares about the people she serves. My friend and I both ordered the Half Chicken Dinners, and they were spot on! The chicken came out hot, fresh, juicy, and perfectly prepared. Everything was delicious and exactly what you hope for when you come to Swiss Chalet. Our meals arrived promptly, everything we ordered was correct, and Peppy made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. I also want to give a huge compliment to Manager Reyid. He was absolutely awesome as well — very friendly, respectful, professional, and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in the restaurant and cares about making sure customers leave happy. Great service starts with great leadership, and it definitely shows here. It's easy to leave a review when something goes wrong, but I think it's even more important to recognize people when they go above and beyond. Peppy and Reyid deserve that recognition. Swiss Chalet should be very proud to have both of them representing the restaurant. Peppy provided some of the best service we've had in a long time, and Reyid helped create the kind of friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return. Thank you, Peppy and Reyid, for an excellent meal and outstanding hospitality. We left very happy and will absolutely be back! Fantastic food, fantastic service, and fantastic people. 10/10! - WGWeek’nd GuySep 25, 20264.0Update: Swiss Chalet, contacted me and we discussed my issues and for that i must say they hear what you say fir that they deserve a higher star rating . We took my mom for dinner , service was slow no fault of the server looked over worked. We ordered 6 thanksgiving specials, the fries were dry snd tasted old, the dark meat orders were half the size of the white meat orders .. i. Both cases the meat was very dry. We also told the server it was my mom’s 78th birthday.. we thought they would do something but nope that didn’t happen either.

Fries didn’t seem fresh, either. I drove further out to this location, rather than the closer Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet location near me because I love SC fries, but these were off. Disappointing.
- MMmikeSep 18, 20262.0Seated promptly. Was told by server to watch out for the spillage on our way to the table. We were seated right next to said spilled milk. Ordered our food which took about 20 mins to get to us which I considered pretty slow for the 8 customers total in the building. Chicken was dry and stringy like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Brown lettuce in the salad. Upon paying for the bill I had trouble with a gift card that didn’t seem to be reading properly. The waitress was less than impressed and lacked patience. I added a “ I have to ask about the chocolate milk !?” And pointed to the ground where the spill was still sitting 40 mins later. She replied with a “ oh somebody spill” I thought to myself yeah I got that much.. for the lack of a great time I tipped accordingly, she looked even less impressed at this point. They say you can’t cry over spilled milk, but that doesn’t mean I can’t leave a review about it.. thanks
