  The Swiss Chalet in Simcoe was excellent much better then the one we visited in London. The waitress visited us several times to make sure everything was ok to see if we needed if we needed anything and didn't charge us extra for BBQ sauce instead of special sauce. They also didn't treat my walker like an inconvenience. We will go back to Simcoe location again. The Simcoe Location was extremely busy but they acted we were their only customers.

  I was in the area of Highbury Ave N; so I decided to stop for dinner at this Swiss Chalet for the first time. I live in the far west of London,ON. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the dinning room and the atmosphere. Serenity provided me with Excellent Guest Services. They were very attentive, courteous,friendly and professional during my interactions. Recognition of her dedication to the Team and Guests is certainly in order. Continued Success!

  I'd visited this location of Swiss Chalet on Monday May 11th, to celebrate my birthday with one of my dearest friends. Unfortunately, not only was the service far less than optimal, I'd also had my birthday card and the Gift Card that was inside it, stolen from this restaurant. We had ordered two 1/4 chicken dinners, both with dark meat. What arrived was two dinners both served with white meat. When it was brought to our servers attention, Elsa, she insisted we'd ordered white meat. I was thankful that she did write it down, and as I'd already stated we did indeed both order the dark meat. This was never corrected, even though the waitress confirmed this was her error after double checking her notes on our order. However; on the bill, we had still been charged for white meat, which we in fact never ordered. We paid the bill - inspite of these repetitive errors - and even gave a substantial tip. Despite knowing we were there to celebrate my birthday, at no point were we offered dessert. After leaving the restaurant, I'd realized that I had left my birthday card, with the gift card in tow, on the table. I'd called the restaurant today, on May 12th soon after the restaurant opened, and sure enough they seem to be unable to find both my birthday card, and the gift card that was attached. While I know this was an unfortunate mistake to leave behind, it's a shame that I don't even have the chance to get it back. Because the card was directly on the table, the server surely would have seen it given tables are cleaned in-between customers. It's incredibly unfortunate to have this experience, especially when you're just going out to have a nice night to celebrate your birthday. Next year we will surely be going elsewhere.

  Do not waste your time going here. This location is horrible. They took so long getting us our drinks that our food came first! We were 5 minutes into our meal before our drinks finally arrived. I got a Shirley Temple, it was bland and the cherry tasted like it had gone bad. They had the seafood promotions and menus everywhere, yet they had no seafood. My partner ordered loaded fries and they sent out regular fries instead. My partner and I also ordered the exact same thing, the chicken BLT, and both of us were violently ill the next day. I will absolutely NEVER go back to this location, and I would never recommend it to anyone either. Horrible experience.

  Had an incredible experience at Swiss Chalet on Highbury. The food was very good. I had the Chicken Quesadillads and finished with the decadent Chocilate Lava Cake. The bottomless lemonade was as refreshing as a good lemonade should be. Our server, Kimia was attentive and patient with our large group. She gave excellent recommendations and had a great sense of humour. Would definitely return!
