    I had a great experience at Subway on Sunday because of Harman. She made my sandwich amazingly well, and her attitude towards customers was so friendly and welcoming. Even though there were several customers, including an elderly lady who was taking extra time with her order, Harman stayed very patient, respectful, and kind. She made the environment feel comfortable and familiar. I would definitely love to come back again if she is there because her service was excellent.

    We had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Harmanpreet! She served us with so much kindness and professionalism. She treated us like family and made sure everything was perfect. The sandwiches were made carefully, the service was fast, and her positive attitude made our visit even better. It’s rare to meet someone so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely come back because of her outstanding customer service!

    I was there to get a meal of the day on Sunday night. I wanted to upgrade the sub and was told that there isn’t ice in pop machine so I upgraded to bottled pop. I brought my brother with me to get food for good price and we were told to pay $35 and change for two footlongs and two bottled pops which is regular price. After having the food and we tried calculating that why we were charged extra, we confronted employee and genuinely asked the price of meal of the day upgraded to footlong and upgraded bottled pop and that came to $13.10. So we paid $10 extra and we got no sides. He straight up said it’s not his fault and when we asked for solution he simply refused. I think you guys need to do some training on customer service if you guys wanna be in business.

    I recently stopped by Subway and had a really great experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They took the time to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and everything tasted fresh—from the bread to the veggies. What I really appreciate about Subway is the ability to customize your meal. Whether you’re looking for something hearty or a lighter option, there are plenty of choices. The ingredients looked fresh and were neatly displayed, which made the whole experience feel more inviting. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick, tasty, and affordable meal. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

    This Subway location is consistently busy, yet it’s often staffed by just one employee. That points to poor management. When a single person is expected to handle a high volume of customers throughout the day, it’s unrealistic to expect consistent service or food quality. The night shift staff also seem to struggle with managing the workload. Under that level of pressure, standards drop and orders become inconsistent, which explains the number of poor-quality experiences. While customers in-store may be more understanding, expectations are higher for platforms like Uber, and this setup doesn’t meet them. Overall, this reflects very poor management. Whoever is responsible for running the store has not ensured proper staffing or oversight, and it is clearly impacting both service quality and the overall customer experience.
