  Had the nicest lady Holly make my sub today !! Super friendly, fast service !! Best made sub FOR SURE. Some how she knows how to make a sub that DOESN'T FALL APART !!! Best one yet !!!

  I frequent this location more often than I like to admit. Holly, the one who I seem to see the most(blonde hair) always greets me with a friendly attitude and a good morning. Knows what I want on my choice of food for the day and always has the freshest cookies! Sometimes I choose to sit in before the chaos at home starts and I must say, she keeps busy compared to others I've seen. Both with customers and with things I assume she has to do while working. Thank you.

  I usually come in the morning time & the blonde lady who works, Holly I think her name is. Is so lovely and has the best customer service. She makes the sandwiches the way they look in the pictures, with the proper amount of ingredients. All the staff here are great, as I've been in during other times. But Holly is usually my server, and she's great at her job. I hope she sees this review.

  I’m writing this as a brown girl. You guys must treat everyone with respect that includes white people. You can’t ignore serving white people because you’d rather service another brown person. Skipping my partners order to take another persons order behind him was Incredibly disappointing when all he was trying to get is a sub. Got the order wrong after being corrected, only to not correct yourself when you knew it was wrong instead rolled his eyes at that the female colleague trying to make finish my partners sub. He left with no sub because he no longer wanted it after the blatant disrespect. Being extremely dissatisfied by the quality of service we’ll be going to wharncliffe from now on. This was on Friday night specifically about the male employee that was working tonight. The women seemed like she was trying to work properly while the other employee seemed to pick who to service instead of going through the line like every other subway. Subway is not worth this headache.

  I had an awesome experience at Subway thanks to Ishu! From the moment I walked in, they were super friendly and welcoming, which instantly made my day better. Issue really took the time to make sure my sub was exactly how I wanted it, and you can tell they care about doing a great job. The sandwich was made perfectly—fresh, neatly put together, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. On top of that, Issue kept a positive attitude the whole time and made the whole experience enjoyable, not just quick. Great customer service like that really stands out. Huge shoutout to Issue for being amazing—Subway is lucky to have someone like him!
