  If I could give this location zero stars, that’s what they’d get. I have been a repeat customer at this location for a years, but after my experience last night I will NOT ever return to this location. There are current coupons out, physical and on the Reebee app that can be scanned in store. I’ve scanned these coupons at another location up the road also on Hyde Park and had zero issues. Last night I went into this location at 760 Hyde Park Rd and ordered my 2 subs, the guy made them and when I went to the till to scan my coupon, he refused to accept my coupon and said he will only take the physical coupons. I explained to him that I’ve scanned this coupon multiple times at other locations with no issues. Nope, he stood there and argued with me and was incredibly arrogant. I said ok well I’m not taking them then. His reply was “ok byyyyyyyyyyyyye” in an ignorant voice and then said something to another worker in a foreign language as I walked out. I DO NOT recommend using this location with these rude employees. Support the location up the road at 1700 Hyde Park Rd beside 808 chicken instead, they are amazing and will scan your mobile coupons, and if it doesn’t scan properly they will scan a physical coupon they have there. If you own 760 Hyde Park Rd, you need to retrain your employees or hire new ones.

  Out of all the experiences I’ve had this was the worst. They were very rude and accused my friend of stealing when she forgot her coat.

  The worst subway I had. Ordered two footlong it was very dry with no sauce at all. They even didn't toast the bread.
