Ordered online and still waited 10 minutes past the pickup time while multiple walk-in customers were served first. The issue seems to be poor organization and lack of proper staff training. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a Subway location.

Never mind the stale bread today, but let me tell you about the experience I had.
I get three subs, one of which I asked for a lot of cucumber on it, no cucumber on the other and the third sub I ask for less veggies (onion, pickle, banana pepper) and cucumber … I was then told I can’t get cucumber on my last sub because the other sub I got had extra on it. Actually flabbergasted.
I understand charging extra for meat and cheese if you want extra but to deny someone veggies because their other sub had too many veggies on it is wild to me.
Stingy stingy business practice, should be ashamed.
Where are we going to draw the line people? When paying over $10 for a sub you should be able to get whatever you want on it.
I really really do not recommend this store at all, horrible customer service experience. My jaw dropped, honestly.

If i could leave less than one star I would. They do not attempt to rectify mistakes, they do not care about the order thats on the screen. They intentionally make online orders wrong then blame the delivery driver. Do NOT waste your time there. -000 stars. Go to firehouse or literally anywhere else.

I recently ordered from Subway and had a disappointing experience. I realized that some items were missing from my online order, so I politely asked the staff if they could add them. The employee refused, saying that due to hygiene reasons they could not add anything to my sandwich—even though I had not touched it at all and hadn’t even properly opened it.
What made the situation more concerning was that shortly after, I noticed the same employee handling food without wearing gloves. This felt inconsistent with the hygiene reason they gave me earlier.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better consistency in both customer service and hygiene practices.

I ordered delivery. I ordered a wrap, a bag of chops and a cookie. First off, they didn’t grill the wrap which makes a big difference for me. I ordered a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie and they sent me a note that said “sorry we don’t have the cookie” and they sent me an oatmeal raisin cookie. I can’t think of anything worse than a raisin in a cookie. Next time I think even if a bag of chips is a dollar more than the cookie maybe you could send me two bags of the chips that I ordered so that you know I’m getting something I actually like and will eat. I don’t like wasting money or throwing out food but now I’ve wasted money and have to throw out the cookie.
Side note, if you’re thinking of ordering Subway, do not do it through the app because if they mess up and deliver to the wrong house which they’ve done to me in the past, there’s absolutely no way you can contact Subway online or on the app or call customer service for a refund or anything. It’s crazy how companies can get away with that.
