  Had an incident a week ago where my sub order was messed up and the restaurant refused to do anything for me. I asked for a refund on the spot but was told since it was an online order they couldn't help. Then I emailed corporate and after complaining was told after a few days "you need to be refunded by the store itself" and called the store back. After all of this the store again told me I was not getting a refund. I am very dissatisfied and will not be ordering from this store again. Mr. Sub is much better anyways

  Sould not refund my money because of wrong sub didn't even pick it up yet the manager treated me like complete trash!!! No refund ???? Worst subway i have ever encountered

  I told the staff to cut the footlong from the middle and pack it in two different foil instead of one and Thats what they do, Cutting the sides of the sub and making it tiney subway. Staff said sorry about that, Worst Subway I visited ever.

  I don’t know what’s happening, but these subs are so small now width wise. This is not worth $8. Cord for scale

  Ever since Sunita Matia being made manager of this location it has been specifically clean, well stocked with various napkins and utensils for the customers. Personally I will go to no other Subway locations in London now. This is it for me. I have had my favourite subs in decades here, as the artistés behind the counter are well trainer well versed in the art of sandwich making and are most importantly not stingy with their sauces, this is one of the things I noticed from others before I found this location - therefore the infamous sauce ratio index was born. Thanks to Nathan on this occasion for preparing. God bless, and keep Sunita on as manager - trust me! 🫡
