  What I particularly loved about this pizza location was the service I received. I placed an order for a no-cheese pizza through DoorDash and went to pick it up. When I arrived, I reminded the staff about my order. One of the team members looked over the order and took the time to explain something I hadn’t realized: the pizza had two different types of cheese. I had removed the general pizza cheese, but there was also a three-layered cheese component specific to that particular pizza. Instead of simply preparing the order as it appeared, he took the time to clarify exactly what I wanted. He asked whether I wanted to keep that cheese or have absolutely no cheese at all. I confirmed that I wanted no cheese whatsoever, and he made sure the order was understood correctly. He also kindly advised me to take the time to investigate the ingredients more carefully next time, explaining that if I had ordered delivery, the pizza would have arrived with some cheese still on it. I genuinely appreciated this level of attentiveness. He could easily have just handed me the order, but he took the extra time to educate me, clarify my preference, and prevent me from receiving something I didn’t want. That is excellent customer service. 👏🏾

  This place is disgusting, The Food Safety and Health Board needs to enforce by laws at this location. There are bugs and cob webs hanging from the ceiling where they prep and cook your food. No one where's hair nets or beard nets, I have watched the guy preparing my garlic knots, use and take off the same latex glove and put it back on while cleaning in between preping my food. I have watched both guys at night wearing the same dirty apron in between taking garbage out and doing different tasks, using and reusing gloves and not washing their hands at any point, while waiting for my order. I asked what type of oils they are using to serve up my garlic knots and there was no information or knowledge of this, the man grabbed the greasy warm bottle of what he called "cheese oil," and unscrewed the top then proceeded to sniff the bottle opening in front of me, sticking his nose right in to the top of the bottle, then screw the top back on and tell me that it's shipped in from head office but he knows nothing else. When I first walked in to the restaurant to place my order, I almost tripped on a black rubber traction mat they had rolled up and placed right in the way of the front entrance inside the restaurant, there where no caution signs and no warnings to say that they were cleaning to close up soon. When I approached the front counter to pay where the debit POS machine is, there where at least 20 dead little black flies sitting on the metal counter right beside the cash register, when I saw them I stepped back and inhaled in shock, the man that was at the counter to take my order had no reaction and when I pointed out the bugs he just looked at me and said, it's summer and that it's normal. If you dare to order at this restaurant, I would not order on line, I would go in to the restaurant first to see for your self what a filthy, nasty, violation this place is. The man preping and cooking food at night, has a big beard and a moustache, only wears a turban on his head and appears to be in charge but exhibits no proper food handling skills, ethics or by laws. This restaurant should be inspected thoroughly by the health board and properly audited. Order and eat at your own risk. What's happening to out city ??

  Absolutely tasteless and horrible pizzas. The Philly cheese pizza had hardly any “steak” on it… and whatever little was on there was stale and had a weird taste (like meat gone bad).
